The next night, Tamara babysits Makenzie, and Tim and Lucy go on a date. This is the first date or time alone they have had since Makenzie was born. She had just turned two months old. Tim and Lucy first went bowling. Lucy loved to bowl, and Tim was for whatever made her happy. Lucy won, of course. Truth be told, even if Tim was good, he still would have let her win. He loved the look on her face when she won. They then went to the food trucks. This was their favorite place to eat together because they each could find something they liked. After they are, they went for a walk in the park. They stopped and saw some ducks. Lucy loved to watch the ducks play. When she turned around to ask Tim what he thought about the ducks, she saw he was down on one knee. Before she can say anything, he asks, "Lucy Chen, mother of my daughter, will you marry me?"

At first, she just stood there looking at him with a face he had never seen before. He could not tell what she was thinking. He held his breath, hoping she would say something soon. When another minute passed, he said, "Lucy, did you hear me?" This shocked Lucy back to the real world. She could not believe this was happening for real. When he asked the first time, she thought she had fallen asleep and was dreaming. When he asked again, she realized it was happening in real life, and he wanted an answer. She finally opened her mouth to speak, saying, "I'm sorry when I turned around; I thought I was dreaming. It took me a few minutes to realize that this was real. I love you, you know do. We live together, and we have a beautiful little girl. I'm sorry happy Tamara was able to babysit so we could have a date night. This has been amazing. I did not expect this. Well, I guess I did for all the reasons I've already said.."
She is cut off by Tim kissing her. When he pulls away, he says, "Now that you are calm, the answer is.....?
