Sooo I originally didn't want to write a baseball scene just the after effects but now I actually want to write a baseball scene so you get one! YAY!

Story Cont.

"All bases are full, batter up!" The teacher yelled behind Embry,

-If you suckers lose I will be on a war path, I DO NOT LOSE!- I yelled in the link,

-Rosie- Sam warned I just shrugged,

Jake was out fielding and it was Paul who was batting now and I knew he had a wicked swing, Jakes team, which included myself, was in the lead with 18 runs to 17 and this was the final inning, If Paul were to get at least two people home we would lose, I do not lose, Leah was pitching and she is damn good but Paul ( hot flashes! ) is just better, so here we are I was on second, Waiting for the pitch, Quill was standing on third ready to run home, Jared on second trying to distract me and Deuce on first, this game will be the death of me.

"Stiiii-rike one!" the teacher yelled I snickered, go Leah go Leah go Leah go go,

Here comes another,

THWACK!

The ball was headed towards Jake but it looked as if it would soar right over him, now I had an idea, I ran straight for Jake who was at the fence line jumping,

"JAKE! DO THE THING!" I yelled getting closer to him, he looked at me then the ball then back to me, crouched down with his hands bound together, I hope this works,

I jumped putting my right foot into his hand and he pushed me up into the air, I spun and reached for the ball catching it and landing gracefully next to Jake and threw it home to Embry who caught it and got Jared out, meaning,

"JAKES TEAM WINS!!" the coach yelled,

-no freakin way!- Paul said

-oh thank god- that was Sam,

We (as in Jakes team) ran together over second base and dog piled, me being on top smiling hands raised in the air,

Once we all had calmed down a little we walked back inside to change,

"Hey" I said to Paul,

"Hi" he said grumpily

"Ar-are you a sore loser?" I asked him,

"Nope" he said no emotion,

"Oh my dear lord you are" I said with a little giggle,

"Nope" he said again,

"He is, come on lovely" Embry said putting his arm over my shoulder and leading me out, Paul just pulled his bag up higher on his shoulder, it was the end of school so we were going to our vehicles, I got on my bike ditching the helmet and Embry ran up and jumped on the back,

"Shot gun riding with Rosie" he yelled, Paul just grumbled and got in the car with Leah, someones grumpy.

I drove to Sams and he was outside waiting,

"Come on we have training before this upcoming weekend, that's when they decided to come, according to the- Alice" Sam said noticing my scowl,

"Nice win today" Sam mentioned once I got off my bike and held his hand up for a high five,

"Really?" I chuckled giving in and jumping to high five him,

"Pauls not to happy though" Embry laughed running inside,

"Shut up Call" Paul said arriving with Leah who looked equally pissed she had to bring grumpy, Jake pulled up shortly after with Deuce and Quill came with Seth in the back grinning like a fool,

"He's not used to losing" Jake said putting his arm on my shoulder squeezing me,

"I want to know though, what's 'the thing'" Quill said coming up with Seth who I pulled into me like a little sibling giving him a noogie,

"Aaah the thing, Jake they want to know what the thing is" I laughed,

"It's hard to explain, I just know what she means when she says it" Jake explained,

"Yeah that sums it up" I shrugged,

"Sooo training Sam? Are we taking grumpy?" I said gesturing to Pauls direction,

"Yes" was Sam's only answer before he phased and ran into the woods followed by Quill and Leah then Embry and Paul ran out from the house phasing off the step and running close behind,

"Inside kiddo" I said pulling Seths cheek, and Jake phased waiting for me! I threw a wave to Deuce and got on Jake, saves me having to undress and phase, phase again and re-dress, we bound through the forest catching up to the pack me ducking and shifting to dodge branches and what not until we came to the clearing with the Cullens and Bella.

Jake slowed right in front of dear Bella and I jumped off,

"Bella!" I said as I got off, holding my hand up for a high five, she awkwardly nodded and gave me a weak high five,

"Big guy! Rose, Alice, Jasper, Eddie and Mama and Papa, how are we all?" I asked,

"Someones happy" Emmett said pushing me lightly

"She beat her imprint and now he's sulking" Edward said "and please just call me Edward" Edward whined at his name,

"Fine, fine" I said holding my hands up in mock surrender,

"Which one is Rosies imprint, hmmm, let me see" Emmett said looking at the pack,

"Brown one with the greyish fur round the eyes" he said with such confidence

"Nope" I said popping the P, "that's Jared" I answered,

"He's the dark silver one, slightly shaking" Rose answered, I nodded and looked at Paul, he was shaking,

"Paul" I cooed walking over him and reaching around his face,

He looked down at me then nodded but was still angry I could tell,

"If this is about that damn baseball game I swear I will slap you so hard you-" I was starting to yell

-It's not about that anymore, I'm angry at myself- Paul said to me,

-we will discuss this later- I growled,

"So shall we" I said to the smirking vampires,

"Okay, welcome back guys, this time i'd like a wolf to get involved" Carlisle said to us all the pack all mentally laughed,

"Well they don't seem to keen, give me a sec yeah" I said walking off behind a tree, undressed, Phased and re-emerged

-ready- I looked to Edward, he nodded and nodded to Jasper,

"Okay I want you to be on the defence, do not attack first" Jasper said, I took this into account and played defence circling with Jasper, he ran at me and I just knocked him back with my head,
Paul growled, then again with my paw keeping the claws in then hind kicked him away.

"Enough, well done Rosie" Jasper complimented, I nodded went back behind the tree phased and changed shaking it off, Paul watched me making sure I was fine and safe,

"So do we have another volunteer?" Jasper asked and of course, nobody, but then Embry sauntered forward I just smiled, he did well I must say, we had finished and stayed around to listen in for the plan for this weekend.
