A/N - As this is the last chapter of the Windblume Festival arc, I've decided to release it now and not wait to August to do so.

After Raelin recovered everyone made preparations for the end of the Windblume Festival and the new Dragon of the East of Mondstadt.

On account of Aether's contribution to Mondstadt, he had been chosen as this year's Windblume Star. He would make a Windblume offering to the Anemo Archon Barbatos on behalf of whole of Mondstadt.

''Young Master are you ready?'' Kamui asked his Master who was holding the Holy Lyre in her hands in the hall of the Knights of Favonius Headquarters. Talia and Mavis were also present.

''Yes, let's go to the Statue of the Anemo Archon.'' Raelin answered a little nervous.

''Before we go, there is someone who wanted to visit you at the Cathedral, but didn't have the opportunity to do so.'' Mavis announced before Raelin was about to walk out of the room.

Talia ran in the Grand Master's office and a faint sound of wheels could be heard. Talia wheeled an elderly man out of the room.

''Edward?'' Raelin said surprised to see her old friend.

''Why do you look so surprised, Raelin?'' The old man asked the young Half-Goddess.

''W-Why wouldn't I...? I mean, it has been a while since you were here at the Headquarters... Could it be you miss your old job as a Grand Master?''''

''Haha, those were some fine years, but no. I just wanted to check on you, since today isn't only the end of the festivities, but also the start of a new era with an active Dragon of the East. I remember when I was told I was to be the Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius. I was shocked to the core.''

''Haha, I remember that day. You spent so much time worrying how you would do as a Grand Master that you forgot to prepare for it until the last day of your promotion.''

''Hahaha, you remember correct, my dear.''

Raelin looked at the elderly man. ''Thank you, Edward. You always knew how to calm down my nerves.''

On the way to the Plaza.

''Kamui. You look like you're in deep thought.'' Raelin commented on his facial expression.

'' I-It's not that I am questioning your choices, but was it wise to give the Traveler one of your flowers?''

''Don't worry. I have a feeling that the Traveler will gather many different things related to the Gods or be gifted something.''

'' ... If you say so... ''

Flashback

Everyone expect for Venti, Aether and Paimon exited the room where Raelin was recovering.

''Raelin, I think I have something that belongs to you...''

Aether took two flowers and showed them to Raelin. 

''I see. Keep them. I have no need for them right now. Take them as a gift from me.'' Raelin gifted the flowers to Aether.

''But these flowers... They appeared from the small pool of blood from your battl-''

''And you wonder how that is possible, right?'' Raelin interrupted Aether. ''But I don't have the answer you seek. I mean, not even I know the answer to how they became flowers out of my blood...'' 

 Flashback end

As they arrived at the plaza it was already full of people. Aether, Paimon and Jean stood in front of the Statue where Aether would offer a flower to the Anemo Archon, who himself was present by their side. 

Aether offered a flower to the Anemo Archon. It was a flower only a few people had the luck to see. Jean expressed her gratitude. 

''Thank you, Windblume Star, for your sincere Windblume offering to the Anemo Archon, Barbatos. May the wind protect Mondstadt.''

The people clapped and stayed behind as another event was to take place.

''Raelin.'' Jean turned towards her. ''Thank you for taking up residence in Mondstadt, and I hope you continue to enjoy Mondstadt life as the new Dragon of the East.''

''No, I should thank the people of Mondstadt for accepting me all those years. And to make things a little different on this occasion, I will play the Song of Peace Among All. It's a song I myself made a long time ago. It is originally played with a flute, but as the City of Lyres, I decided to play it with the Holy Lyre.''

While Raelin played the song a mild warm breeze came making all the flowers at the plaza sway the same way the people's hearts swayed by the sound of the song. It was as every living being danced to the song and brought them peace. Even Dvalin soured above Mondstadt to listen to her song.

When Raelin was done playing, the people scattered and went each their own way.

''That was beautiful, Raelin. It has been a long time since I heard your song.'' Venti commented while looking peaceful.

''Thank you, Venti.''

''It was so beautiful. Paimon felt like she was like a dandelion floating in the warm breeze.''

''I really feel like peace at heart.'' Aether added.

''You also made an interesting offering, Aether.'' Venti briefly comments on the Traveler's choice.

''Did you like it?''

''Hehe, I'll tell you, but not here though. It is not a good idea with so many people in the plaza. I want you three to come with me to the Stormterror's Lair.''
