I sit here alone
My body acing
Withered by time
I feel you
600 years
I still feel you
I feel your eyes
Your smile
Your heartbeat against my ear
Your soft breaths as you rest
I see your smile
I hear your laugh
I feel your hands against mine
Time passes
You pass
I don't
I stay here, forever
Immortal
Until the end of time
I want to forget you
Your eyes
Your smile
Your laugh
I want to forget those nights
Those quiet nights
Those hot nights
Those bright nights
Those peaceful nights
I want to forget everything
But time doesn't forget
Time leaves an imprint of what once was
I want to move on
But I still feel you
I still hear you
I still want you
I still love you
I stay
While you lay beneath me
Memories withering away
As time takes it's toll
It hurts
But it's not a physical pain
The pain of time is much more
I wait to feel, hear and see you again.
I love you.
