CHAPTER 13: SYNC OR SWIM

All of us were outside of the Museum preparing for Fossil Fun Day. "Uh Koda, can you pass me the rope?" Chase said. Koda threw the rope towards Chase. "Thanks mate" Chase said. "That's everything" Tyler said as he placed the stuff that we needed for the today's event in the back of the truck. "Almost ready to go" Koda said. "This is going to be really exciting, don't ya think" I said. "Yeah" Keigo said. "I know, right" Hizashi said.

All of us saw a Knight riding on a horse. Everyone went to check it out. "Ivan?" Koda said. "It looks like something out of a Romance Novel" Shelby said. The knight lifted up his helmet to reveal Ivan. "You have got to be kidding me" Tyler said. "Mate, he is literally a knight in shining armor" Chase said. "I come prepared for battle!" Ivan said raising his sword, he smiled as his teeth shined. 

The crowd started to take pictures of Ivan. "Digital portraits, ey? Alright" Ivan said as he made a peace sign and continued to pose. Kendall and Riley appeared. "Oh, good grief. Nothing to see here folks, the Museum's entrance is right over there. Thank you" Kendall said. The crowd left to head into the Museum. "Thank you" Kendall said. "Good day, peasants. Have fun" Ivan said.

Kendall walked up to us. "I think we really need to get Ivan some new clothes, that are a tad less, medieval" Kendall said. "I can take you shopping" Shelby said. "It would be a pleasure, my lady" Ivan said as he helped Shelby up onto the horse. "A brisk gallop through the woods is now in order" Ivan said. "Dude, you are just going to the mall" Tyler said.

"Why don't you take the others in your, uh, motorized buggy and we will meet you at the park" Ivan said as he covered his face with his helmet and started to leave. Shelby waved to us. "My buggy?" Tyler said. Me, Chase, Hizashi and Keigo laughed a little bit. All of us were heading to the park.

All of us were at the park. Tyler, Riley and Chase gave some people the equipment. Me, Keigo and Hizashi were handing food to people. Kendall was supervising the kids at the sandbox. Koda and two kids were moving some dinosaur bones.

All of us got to the entrance. Ivan and Shelby arrived. "Ivan, you look fancy" Koda said. "It looks really cool" I said. "It looks really good on you" Keigo said. "Yeah, it looks really awesome on you" Hizashi said. "Looking swab, my man" Chase said. "It was my lady who chosen my new wardrobe" Ivan said. "Hey, isn't that my jacket?" Tyler said. "Yeah, doesn't it look great on him?" Shelby asked. "I humbly admit I do wear it well" Ivan said. "Good" Koda said.

An old lady walked by. "Oh, uh, Ivan, can you help this kind lady?" Tyler asked. "Ah, it would be my honor. Hello" Ivan said. Ivan is brining the old lady to the entrance and saw that there was a muddy puddle there. "Careful, she will ruin her shoes in the mud" Tyler said. "Not while the Knight of Zandar is standing by her side" Ivan said as he took off his jacket and covered the muddy puddle with it.

"You are such a gentlemen" the old lady said. "Chivalry isn't dead my lady" Ivan said as he helped the old lady cross the muddy puddle. "Hurry in folks, courtesy of the Knight of Zandar, this way" Tyler said as more people were coming through the puddle and stepping on the jacket, ruining it even more. "Well played, Sir Tyler, well played" Ivan said. The two of them walked away.

Suddenly, red fog appeared out of no where and it really smells. "That stinks" Chase said. "You can say that again" I said. "I can second that" Keigo said. "Me too" Hizashi said. "The fog is red"  Shelby said. "Does anyone know where it's coming from?" Tyler asked. "Yeah, I think that it is coming from the parking lot" Riley said. "Go check it out" Kendall said.
