CHAPTER 14: BREAKING BLACK

A/N: This might be a little emotional because this will show both Keigo and Kanan's childhood and how they met for the first time

All of us were in the woods, doing some training. Me, Keigo and Hizashi was with Kendall, sorting out some equipment and putting it onto the table. Tyler was doing a hand stand. Riley and Ivan were practicing with their swords. Koda was doing some acrobatics. Shelby was training using her punching bags. Chase was Morphed. All of us regrouped to see Chase's Dino Armor X Charger. "Miss Morgan, I agree that training's important but you want me to fly through that concrete wall?" Chase said. "Correct. The Dino Armor X Charger is designed to be that tough, it works with Black Energem power" Kendall said. 

"Ok, I'll give it a shot. Dino Armor X Charger! Ready!" Chase said as he placed the Dino Charger into his Morpher. "Dino Armor X Charger! Engage!" Chase's Morpher said. Chase got into Dino Armor X. "Woah, extreme power. Well, here I go, Spiral Attack!" Chase shouted as he spun really fast and destroyed the wall. Chase demorphed. "It worked really great, Kendall...I mean Miss Morgan" Chase said.

All of us were in the Dino Bite Café. "Breakfast rush...done" Riley said. "Don't relax now, here's some more from lunch rush" Shelby said as she placed more dirty dishes into the sink. Then Chase came into the kitchen. "Chase, where have you been? I really need to get the N-Zed Boys tickets to see them tonight" Shelby said. "No worries, I'm sure that they have got heaps of tickets, they aren't really that popular" Chase said.

Shelby took off her apron to reveal that she's wearing a N-Zed Boys t-shirt. "Oh, you're one of those crazy fans" Chase said. The announcer is speaking on the radio as the music suddenly stopped. "That's the N-Zed Boys, the kiwi sensation, if you were planning on seeing them tonight, too bad...they are completely sold out" the announcer on the radio said.

"No! That's my one chance to see them in concert and now I've missed it!" Shelby said. "Nah, you're not missing anything, trust me" Chase said. "I know you think that they're lame, I get it" Shelby said as she left, looking really sad. "Hey, man...lighten up. You hurt her feelings" Tyler said. "You did" I said. "Why would you do that" Keigo said. "Agreed" Hizashi said. "Nah...she's fine" Chase said when Tyler's Dino Com beeped. "Alien Bio Signs, everyone head out" Kendall said. "Got it" Tyler said. All of us were heading towards the location without Ivan.

All of us arrived at the location. "This is definitely the location that Miss Morgan gave us" Riley said. "I bet that Sledge found our training area" Tyler said. Koda just found something on the ground. "Oh, look!" Koda said as he picked up a gold coin. "It, my lucky day, another" Koda said as he picked up another gold coin. "Who has left all these here?" Shelby said. "It isn't like someone to randomly leave their gold coins here" Keigo said. "Yeah" Hizashi said.

All the gold coins that Koda had picked up were beginning to glow. "It's so shiny!" Koda said, looking back at us. Tyler and Chase are looking at each other. Tyler knocked the coins out of Koda's hands, while Chase ducked with Koda. All of the gold coins exploded in the air. We managed to duck out of the way.

Some monsters appeared.

"It's time for a little payback Rangers!" Poisandra said.

"And I've got some money to burn!" Gold Digger said as he threw more coins at us.

All of us managed to move out the way from the attack.

"All of your Energems will be mine!" Gold Digger said.
