The Big Sleep

The sound of an air horn was heard throughout the camp, and woke everyone up. The culprit was Chris, who had used an air horn, but amplified it with a bullhorn to get everyone awake.

In the girls side of the Gopher's cabin, Leshawna ended up hitting her head when she woke up, and rubbed it.

"OW! It's seven in the morning! Do I look like a farmer to you?!" Leshawna yelled at Chris as she looked out the window.

Chris grinned and was about to say something, but screamed in fright when he felt someone tap his shoulder.

"AAAAHHH!" He screamed, and turned around.

Amanda, who was in her workout clothes, with a creepy smile on her face.

"What? How long you've been awake?" Chris asked as he got his heartbeat under search control.

"For like half an hour. I was just getting back to camp from my jog and some other bussiness when you woke everyone. Thanks for the wakeup call anyway Chris." She casually said, and walked over to the girls side of the Bass cabin.

She got into the girls side, and saw everyone getting ready.

Bridgette saw her, smiled, and said," Morning Amanda."

"Morning Bridge." Amanda said as she drank some water that was on the nightstand near their bunk.

"Have you been awake this whole time?" Courtney asked.

Amanda nodded, and said," Yeah, I wake up early to run, normally it's around 6:30 or 7:00, there are days where I sleep in to take a break."

Which was why she was on her own this morning on her jog, due to Eva wanting to sleep in.

"Like I could not do that. If I wake up early, I'll have bags under my eyes." Sadie said with shutter.

Katie nodded at what her best friend said." It's true. Like it's the same for me."

After they were done getting ready, they joined everyone else who was also awake, but still looked tired. Eva was listening to her music on her MP3, she then noticed Cody was trying to reach for her. She then tried to bite him, and growled at him, and Cody backed off.

"Morning!" Chris cheerfully greeted as everyone was now outside. "Hope you slept well."

"Hi, Chris. You look really buff in those shorts." Heather greeted, while also being the few who didn't look tired.

Amanda leaned over to Bridgette, Duncan, and DJ, and whispered, "I didn't take her for liking someone older than her." This caused the three of them to snicker.

"I know." Chris said to Heather with a nod and looked at his watch. "I hope you're all ready because your next challenge begins in exactly... one minute!"

Owen looked concerned and said," Oh, excuse me. I don't know if that's enough time to eat breakfast."

"Oh, you'll get breakfast, Owen. Right after you complete your twenty kilometer run around the lake!" Chris said with a grin.

Eva glared at Chris, and growled," Oh, so you're funny now?" DJ and Courtney held her back, when she was about lunge at Chris. "You know what I think would be funny?"

Amanda shoke her head in dissepointment, and said," Good. You were saying Chris?"

"You have thirty seconds." He said and pointed to his watch.

"I can see Eva has issues her temper. That's bad. Cause she really needs to search control it. She's only been here three days and she's already thrown her suitcase out a window and broken the lock on one of the bathroom doors." Courtney said as she listed it off with her fingers.
