After giving Sadie a few minutes, both Amanda and Bridgette went to the end of the dock, where Sadie was lying down, still crying. Amanda took the lead and bent down, and placed a comforting hand on Sadie's shoulder.

"Hey, I get how your feeling. But you can't stay sad. Remember you promised Katie to be strong, continue on and win this. So c'mon, Katie wouldn't want you to keep on being sad." Amanda said.

Sadie let out a sob, and nodded. Amanda got her up, and she and Bridgette lead her to the campfire where the rest of the Killer Bass were.

"I miss Katie… we've always been together." Sadie said with a whimper.

Bridgette gave her a supportive look, and said," And it won't be long, who knows what will happen throughout the competition."

Amanda agreed with that, and also felt it was a good way to get the girls to not be so co-dependent of each other. Their friendship was nice and all, but this was a competition. But whatever Katie and Sadie did wasn't her concern, unless it had to do with the competition. But now that only Sadie was left, and was dealing with emotional distress, she and the others were going to have to find a way to get her to feel better. And to not be depressed about Katie's departure.

DJ saw them approach and asked, "Is everything good?"

"It was a long goodbye, but yeah everything's fine." Bridgette said.

Everyone was silent for a bit, with the exception of Sadie sniffing. The loss stung, they were on a winning streak, but now they lost. But Amanda and the rest of the team hoped things would bounce back soon. They silence was broken, when they heard footsteps approaching, and looked to see the Screaming Gophers approaching them. Beth was holding a plate of green Jello that had a gummy worm in it.

Courtney glared at them, wondering why they here." What do you guys want? Come to rub it in?"

"No, we had some extra snacks from our Tuck Shop party. And we thought you guys wanted some." Trent explained.

Amanda would think that was nice, she always liked good sportsmanship among different teams. Her track team, and the other sports teams she was in made sure to be friendly to the opposing team sometimes. But if they're jerks other issues could've arisen, but it was still nice. But the thought didn't last long when Courtney asked.

"So what? You're just being… nice?" Courtney asked, unconvinced.

"Okay. Owen stank up our cabin and we need some time to air it out." Trent admitted, and Owen farted, with the ones closets to him looking at him in disgust.

Beth went over to Courtney to hand her the dish, but Courtney backed away while screaming.

"NO! I mean, no thanks… I'm good." Courtney said, in what sounded like a fearful tone.

Amanda raised a brow at that, and she could see the others were confused by that reaction.

"What are you on a diet or something?" Duncan voiced his confusion.

"No! I just don't like green jelly, okay." Courtney said with a glare and crossed arms.

Amanda shrugged, she wanted to ask the CIT why, but she knew it wasn't her business. So she motioned for Beth to hand her the plate. She barely got it when she jumped a little when DJ screamed.

"Snake!" He screamed as he swatted the dish, and it fell to the ground.

"Sorry for trippin'… and almost swatting it out of your hands, Mandy. Snakes freak me out." DJ apologized.

"It's cool, and understandable. We all have fears, Deej." Amanda said to make the big guy feel better.

"They have nothing on chickens, dude. They creep me out." Tyler said with a shutter.
