Beneath the portal

I decided to add a little scene here so... be prepared

Czechia looked at Poland.
'Dude you kinda messed up not going to lie to you man... I think you should apologise to him.' Czechia suggested.
'Dude I tried, but West ran off.'
'Maybe he didn't hear you properly. If you are truly sorry and want to fix the situation then you should go talk to him.' 

'Czechia you're right, thanks man.'  Poland thanked Czechia who nodded.
'No problem man, I got you!' He smiled back before Poland left, waving him goodbye.

Everyone's phone made a loud sound, like if an ambulance was right next to them.

"Everyone please go to portal 3. I repeat. Everyone please go to portal 3."

Poland sighed in disappointment, he guessed that his apology would have to wait.

Half an hour later, everyone was lined up.

'Alright guys. The bases are officially open and everyone will be here until the portal situation is solved. The bases are your safe spots, where no demon is able to enter otherwise they'd respawn somewhere else.' UN announced,
'However, there are many countries here and we will split you guys into 8 groups, your number is on the screen.'

West looked at his number, he got into group 3.
East got into group 3 as well, and so did Ukraine and Poland. Basically majority of the European countries.

'Dude please can we switch numbers! I don't want to be with the Europeans!' Bangladesh pleaded.
'Dude it's fine, they're really nice.' Maldives said, 'We can visit each other in the bases okay? And theres nothing wrong with them.'

'I know that I can trust the Germans since I'm kinda friends with them.. at least one of them but it will be so awkward!' Bangladesh shook her head.
Maldives put his hands on her shoulder.
'Bangladesh, everything will be okay, I'm in group 1 if anything, okay?' Bangladesh nodded with tears in her eyes.

'I don't feel safe here.'

'It will be okay, I promise you.'

'Everyone please go to your bases, group 1 will be sent first, please follow me.'

'I got to go, by Bangladesh, make sure to call me if you feel nervous okay?' Maldives whispered,
'I will...' She hugged Maldives quickly before he led to go with his group.

'Bangladesh!' France called her, 'I heard that you're in our group, are you comfortable with that?'

'Look, I'm not going to comfortable anywhere if I'm not home.' She said, 'Might as well be with you guys.' Bangladesh shrugged. France smiled.

'Don't worry, being in our group isn't as bad as you think.' She wrapped his arm around Bangladesh, as UN called out their group.

'Hey they're skipping our group!' A country on group 2 complained.

Poland walked next to West, who didn't speak a single word with Poland, simply just trying his best to ignore him as East spoke with him.

Czechia was next to Poland, who noticed West's actions.
'Poland, you got to do something.' He whispered.
'Czechia he won't even look at me.'
'It's okay, you talk to him first then later, okay?'

They arrived at their base, surprisingly it was much better than they all expected.
It was a building, abandoned but still very functional by the humans when the demons took over. It had a large holy magic barrier to prevent demons from entering. They looked around, seeing other bases of all different sizes based on the population of the building.
