Chapter 12: Meeting an Old Friend

Sorry for being dead for a while, I just couldn't do multitasking anymore, I've been stacked up many activities and assignments and now and yesterday was my final grading exam. I recently been burned out even more often and I don't know what is the reason. I couldn't find more motivation to continue but I will try my best to update more often.

- Philip's POV -

Thank God the discussion was now finished.

I then packed my things and go to my next subject, Math.

Gosh I really hate this boring life..

As I walk down the hallway, I saw a familiar looking hair facing towards me.

I walk towards him and he looked back at me..

Our eyes are wide open from shock and didn't expect to meet each other again.

"Philip?/China?"

We both said at the same time.

His friend look at me with a confused face.

"China, you know this newbie?" His friend said to him.

China just smiled at me with joy and relief.

"Yes.." He said.

Before I could say anything he hugged me.

"I'm glad you're fine.. Ma-i" he said.

I smiled and hugged back..

"I'm also glad to meet you too.. My friend.."

- Palau POV -

I exit my dorm and lock the door.

As I lock my door I stopped as my eyes widened from shock.

I accidentally dropped my keys on the floor as my hands are shaking from what I am holding.

A.. Heart?

It still pump slowly.. The blood from the heart also stained my hand..

My whole body shakes as I dropped to the floor.

A single tear rolled down my eyes.

I couldn't hear what am I saying this time but I hugged the heart tightly.

If I will guess.. This heart is precious and from someone special.

I blink twice as I get back to reality.

I looked around and saw that I'm in front of my door and in the dorm hallway along in this university.

I wiped away my tears and get my keys and walk towards the elevator.
