"Fuck's sake! We've got History of Magic today!" James groaned for the sixth time this morning.
"Yeah. We know, you've told us, 6 times!" Sirius retorted.
James rolled his eyes at the response and sat down at the Gryffindor table next to the Charlotte.
"So Charlotte." He sang.
"Yea James?" She said, closing her Muggle book that Remus lent her.
"Got your eye on anyone?"
"No James, unlike you. Which we have all heard, many many times."
He gave her an irritated look at looked at his timetable for the 7th time before Peter looked over his shoulder, snatched the piece of parchment and ran off with it.
"Oh look James! We've got History of Magic!"
"Shut up Wormtail!" An angry James ran after him with Remus shaking his head, laughing and went to sit next to Charlotte."
"Hey Lottie." He greeted.
"Lottie?" Charlotte repeated, closing her book again.
"Yea. Like a shortened version of Charlotte. Lottie."
"Hmm." She thought for a minute. "I quite like that actually.
Then Remus noticed the book.
"Reading the book I gave you?"
"Yeah," Charlotte replied while a slight blush dusted her cheeks. "It's amazing for a muggle book."
"Yeah." He breathed out as he watched her start reading again, taking in her blonde hair, green eyes and freckled cheeks. "It really is."

Lessons had finally ended and Lottie had found herself completing Herbology homework in the Library afterwards. She had her Gryffindor tie completely untied and just resting around her neck as she concentrated.
After a couple hours, she walked back to her dorm, but bumped into a Muggleborn Ravenclaw known as Joseph Smith.
"Oh! I'm so sorry!" She replied quickly.
"No, no it's okay." He smiled. "Wait...you're Sirius' sister, aren't you?"
"Yeah, I am."
"Tell him I said hi."
"Sure, alright."
It was no secret that the Marauders knew about Sirius' affection towards the boy- and they were 99% sure that Joe liked Sirius back as he always found opportunities to have a conversation to him, making the Gryffindor boy blush.
She walked into the common room after uttering the password to the Fat Lady after an Opera Show of her trying to break a glass with her voice. Spoiler alert, she couldn't do it, which made Charlotte wait even longer.
"Hey Char!" Lily's voice rang out from the Common Room as she walked towards the girl. "Sirius is looking for you."
"Oh? Okay. Where is he?"
"He's..." The ginger looked around the Common Room before spotting him on the Landing between the Dorms, beckoning Lottie up.
"Okay. Got to go. Bye!" She called to Lily and made her way upstairs and into the Boys' Dormitory after Sirius.
