Chapter 1

Jessica's POV

I tried to be strong. For Calum, Luke, Ash and Michael. I didn't want to make this any harder for them. This is their first tour since Kaitlin gave birth to Luke's child 2 years ago and now they will be leaving for over 6 months.

I could tell Luke didn't want to leave because he didn't want to miss Liliana's 3rd birthday. He would be in America on her birthday.

My eyes welled up slightly as they were getting ready to get onto their flight to the UK. I headed to Michael and gave him a tight squeeze and then pulled away and repeated my actions to the other boys.

"Baby, I'm going to miss you so much. Please don't find anyone else, I'm so scared that your going to leave me because I'm not going to be here and you probably want someone who's going to be here to do things with you. If that does hap-" I cut him off by placing my hand over his mouth and shaking my head.

"Calum. I'll never leave you. I love you so much and please don't worry about that because I promise you that it won't happen. Keep calling me when you can and just enjoy yourself. I'll miss you and the boys so much" his eyes became glossy and he had a soft smile tugging at his lips.

My arms found their way around his neck and our lips connected for a slow, passionate kiss. We pulled away and tears were freely flowing out of his eyes.

My thumb wiped his eyes and then I placed a soft kiss on each of his cheeks and then gave him a final kiss when I heard that their flight was leaving soon so that they needed to board.

"Bye beautiful, I love you so much baby girl" I quickly said it back and said goodbye to the other boys before watching the four of them head towards the gate.

Warm, salty tears fell out of my eyes as I watched the gate close. I could barely hold it all inside. Talia and Emily rushed towards me as Kaitlin's daughter was crying in her pushchair.

"Don't cry! They will be back before you know it. You have us and we all understand what you're going through because we are going through this with you" Emily placed a reassuring hand on my back and rubbed it gently.

My husband is travelling the world once more with his four best friends. He's following his dreams and I'm so proud of him. I love Calum Hood so much.
