Chapter 14

Calums POV
*2 days later *

I feel so bad. I shouldn't have said that to her. Why did I say that to her? I love Jessica more than anything and now look what had happened. She hasn't been home in two days and I'm so worried about her.

"Cal. Are you okay?" Michael asked snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Honestly? No.. I'm so worried about Jess" I sighed and tugged on my hair.

"Maybe you should go home until you feel better. John said that you didn't seem yourself and maybe you need a bit of time off work" I nodded and picked up my bag from the floor.

After saying goodbye to everyone I left the studio and found myself sitting in my car. I checked my phone to see if Jess had messaged me but she hasn't.

I unlocked the front door and dropped my bag on the floor. I locked it behind me and slumped up the stairs and rubbed my eyes. My chest ached every time I thought of Jess but I couldn't get my mind off her.

My eyes were locked on the ground in front of me. I fell down onto the bed and let out a sob. Something moved beside me and startled me. I turned over and spotted a figure beside me.

"Jess?" I whispered in shock.

Her sad brown eyes found mine and I quickly spluttered out apologies and multiple sobs. I wrapped my arms around her smaller body and felt the heat radiating off her.

"I'm so so sorry baby. I love you so much, where did you go?" She sighed before running her hand through my hair.

"I went to the park and drank, a lot and then I somehow ended up at Kaitlin's" she whispered.

"Ugh- why didn't I call Kaitlin?!" I asked myself.

I leant forward and kissed her forehead. She smiled and leant her head towards me, her lips moulded with mine and my heart slammed against my chest.

"I'm so glad your home. I love you baby"

"I love you too Calum" she kissed me softly.

And that is how it stayed.. Forever. We rarely fought and we just showed each other how much we loved the other all of the time. After everything that has happened between us we still managed to maintain a healthy relationship together and I couldn't be happier.
