Without Each Other, They Can't Sleep

"𝗧𝗔𝗘𝗛𝗬𝗨𝗡𝗚, 𝗪𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟵! 𝗜 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗜 𝗙𝗘𝗟𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗬."

The pair were laying in bed cuddling as Taehyung intently listened to what Lisa had on her mind when she brought up the topic of when they had started dating. They both had different answers to the question.

"No, it was during quarantine when we became official. We were both too busy the year before to become anything intimate, I remember." Taehyung objected.

Lisa scoffed as she pushed away from Taehyung's grasp and sat up in their bed. Her back laid against their headboard and she didn't have the nerve to look his way.

He sighed with a frown because he realized he'd messed up. He had to remember to think even more cautiously about his words because Lisa was on her menstruation this week. It seems she always takes everything to heart when her cycle is near or currently happening, and her possibility of ignoring Taehyung always increased dramatically as well.

Taehyung sat up as well before trying to grasp her hand. However, Lisa slapped it away. "I didn't mean to sound so harsh, Lisa. We both have different answers so we should just agree to disagree. I want to continue cuddling you, baby." He softened tremendously within his voice, and a sound of sulk was becoming apparent with his words as well.

"You're sleeping on the couch tonight, Taehyung. I don't want to speak with you right now because you never seem to believe what I say." She ignored him and spoke her thoughts instead.

Although even after saying that, Taehyung didn't move. He just remained to look at his one and only love. Taehyung tried grasping her same hand once again but Lisa smacked it away even more harder this time. "Stop, Taehyung." Her voice was unfamiliar and indistinct from what he was used to hearing.

His lips only showed a frown as he got up from their bed and walked out the bedroom. He really didn't want to leave but he knew that Lisa liked to be by herself after any argument, it gives her time to calm down.

「 30 minutes later 」

Even after 30 minutes, Lisa's eyes were still wide open. She was extremely sleepy now but her body couldn't seem to fully fall into slumber without a certain someone next to her.

The bed felt empty and cold; she was really starting to miss his warm skin. So Lisa got up from her bed and quietly walked into the living room where she saw Taehyung facing the cushions of the couch. She sighed when she saw him asleep.

"Tae, are you sleep?" She called, just to really see if he was asleep or not. And to her surprise, she saw Taehyung roll over to face her. His eyes were wide open and seemed to be dying of desperate need of sleep as well.

"What's wrong?" He asked, his voice husk yet still saddened.

Lisa swallowed guilt as she leaned against their wall. "I can't sleep without you." She mumbled. Taehyung smiled at her cuteness but laughed at the situation.

"Didn't you just kick me out?" He clicked his tongue, rising up from the couch before walking her way to face his pouty girlfriend up closely. His hands attached to her hourglass waist from above her button up silky pajamas and chuckled at her visually regretful face.

When he saw the desperation of sleep in her tired eyes, he hugged her body against him tight with his head softly resting on her own. His long and muscle arms were wrapped around her petite body as she was pushed completely against their wall.

"You were right," He heard muffled words. "I realized we did start dating in 2020, I'm sorry." Lisa voiced, but Taehyung didn't care about that anymore. He was utterly tired and just wanted to continue doing where they left off at: cuddling each other to sleep.

So only after giving her a passionate kiss, he gently raised her legs so they wrapped around his abdomen before carrying her back to the bedroom. By the time she was placed back under the covers, he saw how her eyes were already closed shut upon being against him for less than ten seconds. He smiled but shook his head in disbelief. "My my Lili, you really don't know what you want, do you?" He whispered, now hearing her soft snores and relaxed body as a result of drifting off into her slumber.

Once he'd laid down beside her he engulfed her body completely against his own, and he immediately started to feel his body relax as his eyes finally started getting heavier as well.
