Everyone got back to Berk, without a Chief.

"Chief!"

"Where is the Chief?"

"Chief where are you?"

"Chief we need help!"

The voices came from the crowd of the berkians on Berk.

However, the group ignored it and headed to the great hall to do their planning.

"Anyone have any ideas?" Snotlout asked.

But everyone stayed quiet.

Astrid on the other hand was lost in her mind.

"Please excuse me, I need a breather." Astrid said and left the great hall.

Everyone could understand but they all knew that Astrid was in the most pain.

Astrid sat at the cliff with Stormfly.

"You know Stormfly, Hiccup used to come here all the time. I would come along

too. When he was too stressed, we would come here and talk or look at the sunset.

Now I am the one stressed but... he's not here." Tears started flowing down her cheeks.

"It's all my fault. I was the closest to Hiccup, I should have followed him when I had the chance."

"Astrid...." Came a familar voice.

Astrid turned around to see Valka.

Astrid immediately wiped her tears and turned back.

Valka sat beside Astrid and put a hand on her shoulder.

"Astrid, I know how you feel. But this is not your fault."

"But it is!"

"Look, we had no idea that Toothless was going to go after his girlfriend or if his girlfriend was

going to get caught. So stop blaming yourself."

"But-"

"Hiccup wouldn't want you to see you like this. Astrid, don't forget, we're family now, right?"

"What? What are you talking about?"

"Oh, I guess he didn't get to ask you yet..."

"Ask what!"

"To be his wife. YOU DIDN'T HEAR IT FROM ME!"

Astrid blushed. She never knew that despite Hiccup's stressful schedule, he still made time

for Astrid.

"Astrid, Hiccup wouldn't want to see you here like this, it will hurt him deeply."

"I know, I just need some time.."

"Alright, I'll leave you alone."

Valka left and headed back to the great hall.

"Hiccup, where are you when I need you?"

<In the great hall>

"Valka, you mind telling us why we couldn't save Hiccup then?" Gobber asked.

"You see, those dragons produce venom. Not just an ordinary venom, but more like a drug.

When the liquid is in the body, the first person they see, they will listen to everything they say.

But only for a couple of hours. When injected the first time, they will go unconscious, like what

happened to Hiccup."
