There was something intriguing about my teaching experience in Indonesia. Little did I expect to be teaching at Verrel's school, Dells High School, one of the top high schools in the city of Tangerang. Quietly, I observed him as he transformed into a remarkably handsome teenager. I saw him rehearsing for a cabaret performance for his practical exam. Verrel, currently in his senior year, stood to the left in this photo. I had no idea he attended this school until my students mentioned it. Verrel was an accelerated student, excelling in academics, health sciences, and music.

His talent in the field of health was inherited from his parents, Hyde, who was once my student and is now a specialist doctor. Hyde must be older now. My perspective shifted as the girls started calling out to me.

"Hey, Professor, what are you up to? We have a class, let's go." One of the girls invited me.

"But didn't my Biochemistry lesson bore you all? Why the rush when you're still relaxing?" I questioned her.

"If it's you, Professor, who's teaching us, we won't get bored, right, girls?" She said, and her friends agreed.

"That's right, our young and handsome Professor," they murmured excitedly.

Reluctantly, I joined them and made my way to their classroom. "Alright, let's go inside." I headed towards the classroom, followed by the flirty DHS girls. As I walked along the corridor towards the classroom, I suddenly saw Verrel with his hypocritical gang and his girlfriend, Ica. I knew it because I had witnessed it in Ardista's future vision. Verrel bumped into me.

"Hey, can't you watch where you're going?" He was annoyed with me.

"Hey, you idiot, it's you who wasn't looking, you love-struck fool." One of the girls defended me.

"Damn, who's this new kid ? Dress appropriately, dude." Verrel taunted. I simply smiled, dismissing his words.

"You don't know, Rel, he's our Biochemistry teacher, and guess what, he's already a professor. Watch your mouth, okay, Professor?" Several girls who supported me said.

"Well, it's alright, let's just go inside. After all, only fools judge people based on one aspect only. Good afternoon, Verrel Hyde." I coldly addressed Verrel, bid farewell, and entered the classroom.

"Damn, I didn't know he's a professor, but he's so young, crazy, and annoying. Let's go, guys," Verrel left with his accomplices. I continued teaching my class.

The school bell finally rang for dismissal, and I was thrilled because besides my morning schedule at the university, I had a practical at the hospital around 10 a.m., and now I was teaching at the high school. Though tired, I felt more productive. I tidied up my books. As I started organizing them, the girl who had an argument with Verrel approached me.

"Professor, I have something for you." She handed me a ticket with "Future" written on it.

"What's this ? Um, a ticket for what kind of event ?" I asked her.

"It's our school's prom and concert ticket, Professor. You don't have to buy it since you're a teacher, but I wanted to give it to you. Maybe some of your friends would like to come." She explained and gave me three prom tickets, coincidentally matching Dista and Rafi.

"Thank you for the tickets. Feel free to go home now if you'd like," I told my student to leave early.

"Alright, sir, I'm going home now, bye." She left. I headed to the teachers' room to grab my bag.

At that moment, the principal approached me. "Professor Nick, would you like to be the homeroom teacher for Accelerated Science Class 1A?" the principal asked me. Oh no, that's Verrel's class. I was curious. "Sure, sir, I would gladly accept your offer. Thank you." I accepted without much thought. "Alright then, Professor, I will send you the student data through my secretary." The principal left, and so did I.
