Valdis spoke breaking the deadlock, "I am a talent scout searching for people who are good at singing, dancing, gaming, arts, looks, etc. on a live broadcast platform.
While I was searching I came across you and got interested in your singing. After listening for a while I carefully looked at your streaming and figured out you standout in your looks and are also good at singing just that you need technical support and guidance."
Hearing her words Max became excited. He knew his level very well. He was born with a voice above average though not very unique but with his interest in singing and hard work he was able to sing well. It's just that he didn't have enough money to get proper guidance.
He comes from a single-parent family. His mother worked hard to bring him up. He didn't have to worry about food, housing, and schooling because of insurance money after his father's death and support from relatives. But he didn't have extra to spend on the activities he liked or for leisure.
He has worked hard in school and never spent on tuition. Right now he is live streaming to earn income for his expenses so that he can reduce the load on his mother.
So the words of Valdis raised hope in him that he could get technical guidance. The current assistant he has is assigned by the live broadcast platform and he is not his assistant but managing many other anchors. The platform will not be willing to spend so much on him to nurture him.
So Valdis giving him an olive branch was very important to him and made him grateful to her from his heart.
At this time Valdis said, "I saw you have not signed any contracts formally yet and you are only working with the platform in a mutually beneficial relationship. I am planning on establishing a company soon if you are interested and willing you can join it.
You don't need to worry about anything though we are a new company I have my ways of gathering the resources. You will get the best training and the company will focus on developing your talent. "Hearing her words Max replied, "I am grateful to you for supporting me. I can sign the contract with your company and trust me I will pay you back the favor. Thank you."
