Valdis saw that the manager had his way around things and good interpersonal relationships so when he asked her where to deliver the cars she asked him,
"Do you know 'Euphoria Villas'?"
Hearing her question manager gasped at the cold air for a moment then replied, "Yes I've heard of 'Euphoria Villas' the ones which are located in the city center. Do you want me to deliver the cars there?"
Valdis looked at him and said," That will depend upon your capabilities. If you have someone who can complete the procedures for 'Euphoria Villas' today then you can deliver the cars there tomorrow. You will also get an extra commission of 100 million UC for it."
Hearing her words manager was very excited. How can he be not excited? Even though he was a manager he never had 100 million UC in his bank account. He was good at maintaining interpersonal relationships so he had his way to complete the task. And he knew that the person who built those villas wanted to sell them but did not want to decrease the price which is why it was difficult to sell. Now that someone was willing to buy all 7 villas at the same price he will sell them.
The manager agreed and Valdis simply gave him her contact information and told him to use Max's name and documents and he could call her she would directly make payment. The manager wanted to invite them for dinner but Valdis already had plans so she refused and left with Max. On this side manager used his contacts to find a way to have a chat with the owner of that real estate.
