There was a pause in the call.

This was it.

I knew something happened to her.

"I'm sorry Carla but you cousin died in the hospital. I called her parents and they are  on they're way to Germany."

My heart stopped.

My cousin  died.

"Omg what happened?" Camilla started to cry.

"She died" I said in disbelief. Everyone turned pale.

"I'm so sorry" bill walked around the table and hugged me and Camilla. I started to tear up. I saw the  sad look on Tom as he stared into my eyes.   I looked away digging my face into my hands. The principal walked over to Camilla and me. "I heard what happened,  I'm so sorry. Your dad is here to pick you up from school." He walked away saying that.

The last days your family were planning the funeral. It was a mess. Family members came to Germany and family members were fighting because of the incident.

29th July

"A  loving member left us on the 21th July. A 16 year old girl who lived her life with full of joy. She was passionate and confident. "

You stared into nowhere thinking about the last time you saw her. What she said to you made you feel angry. You started to cry as well as Camilla and Sophie.

The last words of hers kept repeating in your head.

"I just wanted you to let you know that I fucked Tom..."

Mom and dad took you both in their arms.

The ride back home was silent. No one was saying anything.

The silent didn't change for the last 2 days. You didn't call any of your friends.

We all started to talk again and everything turned back to normal like nothing happened .

Camilla and I took 10 days off school because of what happened.

You were laying on your carpet when the door opened. "Sorry to interrupt but someone is at the door." Mom smiled walking away. I went downstairs seeing him waiting at the door.

He had a bouquet of roses in his hands. My mom was smiling at him. "What a cute action from your boyfriend" she left in the kitchen where dad was and I stood there with no emotion.

"I'm sorry Carla for everything." "Forgive me"

Tom pov

It made me so sad seeing her like this. The death from Mira hurt her I could see that. It was awful in school without her. Everyone was talking about the death.

She looked at me with rage in her eyes when I apologized. I tried everything I don't know what to do anymore.

"Leave me alone Tom" fine if she doesn't want me then her problem. "Can you not just forgive me?" My voice raised. She gasped when my tone raised. I was sick of this, of this situation.

"Tom I'm starting to get better, our family is finally healing again. Please leave me alone." I backed a few steps away, hurt. The bouquet which were raised now pointed at the floor. "You cheated remember?" I ran away after she said that I left the only thing I heard was the door closing . I know I acted like a child but she wasn't any better.

I craved her touch.

But I knew it won't be the same between us anymore.

I guess we will have to part our ways now.

But you'll have to listen before I go.
