Monday 10:47 AM

Today was a horrible day.

As the clock struck noon, Camilo's optimistic outlook for the day had taken a drastic turn for the worse. His morning had started off promising enough, with him waking up early and spending two hours lost in his thoughts. However, his day quickly took a turn as he faced the daunting task of cleaning the entire Castia from top to bottom. Normally, cleaning was a stress reliever for Camilo, but today, nothing seemed to go his way. He scrubbed every dish in the Castia, tidied up every room, did all the laundry, watered Isabella's plants, fed Antonio's animals, and even made his Mama's favorite tea so she could relax when she got home. Despite his best efforts, everything went downhill when he slipped and fell face-first on the road, causing people to laugh at him.

As he dusted himself off and continued on his way, Camilo couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. No matter how much he did, how much he cleaned, or how much he tried to distract himself, there was a nagging emptiness inside him that just wouldn't go away. It was as if all his efforts were for naught, and he was left feeling lost and alone.

Living a life solely dedicated to others can be incredibly frustrating. Camilo constantly grapples with the question of why he must persevere through hardships just to maintain others' morale. Sometimes, he even wonders why he still exists when someone else could easily take his place. Even if he was gifted with the rare ability to shapeshift, he can't help but feel like it's more of a curse than a blessing, leaving him with a constant sense of unease.

Although he enjoyed bringing joy to others through his "gift" and making them smile and laugh, he couldn't shake the feeling of emptiness. He despised his negative thoughts and couldn't comprehend where they originated from, as they seemed to appear out of nowhere. He was disappointed in himself for thinking this way since many people would be envious of his position, yet he couldn't help but feel sad. Yet he didn't know why he just was sad for no reason no matter how much he tried to not feel sad. he couldn't help it like he was just trapped.

Camilo also believes in the mystical powers of magic and astrology, It's hard not to when you know your gift comes from a candle and holds a firm opinion regarding zodiac signs. Aries and Capricorns are not well-suited for each other. As a result, he tries to avoid conversations with individuals belonging to the Aries zodiac sign. However, Camilo deeply values his Abuelo, who happens to be an Aries-

"Excuse me, are you alright?"

Camilo was a also believer in love at first sight. So when he laid eyes on the handsome man in front of him, he felt a glimmer of hope. Perhaps this encounter could be a turning point in his life.

"Hello?"

"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bump into you like that,"

Camilo apologized. The man looked young, maybe around Camilo's age, somewhere between 14 to 17. Camilo's mind went blank, and he couldn't speak. The man seemed to sense his embarrassment and probably Camilo's red face. He kindly offered his hand and helped Camilo to his feet.

"It's alright, my name is Meto,"

he said with a warm smile. Meto, It's a lovely name fit for someone as lovely as Meto. Camilo still wasn't talking nothing happened between the two of them just silence until Camilo attempted to break.
