~Trigger warnings time~

A tad bit of Suicidal thoughts like very small, boy x boy, and heartbreak (Idk if that counts?)

~Enjoy!~

Tuesday 3:21

What, it's not a date.

During their leisurely stroll around town, Camilo and Meto engaged in a friendly conversation. Whenever Camilo appeared downcast, Meto would gently inquire if he wanted to chat about his distressing thoughts. To further boost Camilo's spirits, Meto even gifted him a camera and some stickers to decorate it with. Despite Meto's kind gestures, Camilo couldn't shake off the feeling that there might be something more between them.

Summoning his courage, Camilo tentatively asked Meto if their outing was a date. However, he was consumed with apprehension about how Meto would react. Camilo's worst fear was that Meto might not harbor any romantic inclination towards boys, or that he might not be interested in him specifically.

"Meto, is this a date?"

Camilo had thought about the words that came through his mouth and turned red once more. He mostly expected Meto to laugh at him and call him names at the simple thought of them being together. A lot of thoughts raced in his mind what if he doesn't like boys what if he doesn't like me?

"What did you say, Camilo? Sorry, I wasn't listening."

"Nothing it doesn't matter."

Camilo knew Meto was staring at him, it felt like a bunch of eyes were on him, judging him. although normally it wouldn't feel this way, sometimes it felt like he was looking at Camilo wanting Camilo, and only Camilo. This was not that time sadly, it was a time when Meto wouldn't flirt with Camilo and was trying to get Camilo to talk to him. That normally never works with Camilo considering he had normally supered his feelings. Meto somehow could slip past that and make Camilo feel everything and make him talk with a simple 'hello'.

"Honestly, if you want it to be one sure, tell me next time so it can be better than this."

"So can this be a date?"

"Sure Cam it's a date."

Camilo couldn't help but blush, realizing that his hunch had been correct all along. Meto then suggested that they plan their future outings in advance, implying that he was eager to spend more time with Camilo. Then he stopped what he was doing.

"Camilo, are you sure you are fine do your legs hurt?"

"No, no there not, it's just there's gonna be a next time as in you want to go on another date with me?"

"Of course, It'll be better than this."

Camilo was elated to have secured another date with a dashing young man. He was so engrossed at the moment that he failed to notice when Meto took his hand and entwined their fingers together. When he did finally become aware, Camilo's grip on Meto's hand tightened, causing the latter to beam with happiness. Luckily, it was still early enough that none of Camilo's family members had witnessed their hand-holding or Camilo's flushed cheeks. The only person in the vicinity was Luis, who was preoccupied with cleaning while sporting earbuds. Camilo's expression turned sour, as he repeatedly cautioned Luis about the perils of being unable to hear

an intruder.

"Meto I'm gonna go help him out do you wanna come in or wait out here?"

"I'll help you guys out, it's too cold to be standing outside."

They entered the bakery Luis didn't hear the bell ring, thanks to his earbuds. Luis was wiping the tables off and then soon jumped over the counter to go to the register. Luis wasn't one to show his emotions, so Camilo couldn't tell if he was angry by the way he was counting money from the register or if he was just that into the music. He only did notice when he felt a cold wind pass through him sending chills done his spine.

"Who's there?"

Luis asked as he took out his earbuds and froze up maybe he should've listened to Camilo and just bought a speaker then he wouldn't need to use his earbuds he'd be able to sell them for money. He knew that he didn't have the money to do that and he also knew that he could've just asked Camilo for the money. He would've said yes he would've bought it for him but then again

Luis didn't wanna be a burden.

"Just me and Meto Luis, but you would've known that if you didn't have your earbuds in."

"I didn't know that my door told me the name of the person at the door."

Luis took a deep and calming breath, feeling the tension in his body slowly dissipate. He tried to maintain a casual demeanor as he perched himself on the counter in the presence of his close friends, Meto and Camilo. However, the moment his eyes landed on Camilo, who was standing in his bakery, everything changed. His heart began to race, and he found himself trapped in a time warp, where everything was moving too fast. This was not a new sensation for him, but this time, something different transpired - his face started to feel hot, and he realized he was falling in love. The sensation was overwhelming, and he struggled to control it. However, his heart was soon shattered when he saw Meto and Camilo holding hands, a clear indication that they were a couple.

"Excuse me, did you not hear me why didn't you listen to me?" I asked Luis, trying to get his attention.

"Why do you care what I do with my time, Camilo? What brings you two here?" Luis replied, sounding irritated.

"We just wanted to lend a hand," Camilo said, trying to diffuse the situation.

"No need, Camilo. I don't want to ruin your 'date' with Meto. My bakery is doing well without

your help," Luis responded, his tone sharp.

Meto looked down at his phone and frowned, realizing that he had to leave. He let go of Camilo's hand and kissed it before saying goodbye and leaving. Luis knew he was being rude, but he

didn't want to deal with anyone, not even Camilo, who he considered his ray of sunshine.

"Luis, you didn't have to be so rude," Camilo said, trying to reason with him.

"I don't have time for this right now. I'll buy the speaker and listen to you next time. Is that what you want?" Luis replied, trying to brush him off.

"Yes, but did you think I was a robber? And I can help you clean up," Camilo said, feeling hurt by

Luis's behavior.

"I don't need your pity, Camilo," Luis said, his voice slightly softer.

"It's not pity. I care about you and want to help," Camilo replied, trying to make him understand. Luis blushed at the words and sighed, feeling a little guilty. He knew getting rid of Camilo would

be difficult.

"Camilo, please. You can help by giving food to Meto," Luis said, feeling a little overwhelmed. Camilo became anxious, wondering if Luis no longer wanted him around. Tears started to fill his eyes.

"Luis, you need sleep. I can open up and follow your recipes," Camilo said, trying to be helpful.

"Fine. I'll get some rest, and you can open up," Luis replied, feeling a little relieved.
