Hana's POV
When I wake up for school the next day, I'm dreading living. I'm paralyzed in bed, wondering if today will be as awkward and horrific as the last. The only thing keeping me going is Chan; Someone I know will be by my side no matter what happens.
As I'm lying in bed, trying to find a reason to get up, I get a notification from my phone. Reaching over to my nightstand, I nearly fell off the bed grabbing it.
"I'm outside" Chan had texted. Followed by "Hurry up love, don't want to be late~"
This awakens me immediately. I jump out of bed and run to the restroom. I brush my teeth and my hair in haste and quickly apply some light makeup. I get dressed in a casual outfit and run out the door, nearly forgetting my backpack.
Once outside, I notice Jisung running out of his house in the same way.
"Oh, hey Hana!" Jisung greets me. "You joining us for this episode of 3Racha?"
"I...Am?" I question, tilting my head to the side.
"No, she's not," Chan interrupted from his rolled-down window. "We talked about this."
"Aww, but it'll be fun!"
"The repercussions of her being on the show will not. Hana, you're sitting next to me."
I skip to the passenger side and get comfortable in my seat. I lean over to Chan, giving him the best doe eyes I could manage.
"You're missing my greeting, Channie~" I coo.
Chan smiles, leaning over and giving me a much-needed peck on the lips. "Good morning, beautiful."
"Ugh get a room, you two," Jisung groaned.
"Don't be a party pooper," I giggle, kissing Chan one more time for safe measure."We have to pick up Changbin too," Chan comments, putting his car into drive and cruising out of my neighborhood.
"Why do you have to rerecord?" I question.
Jisung giggles, quickly turning into wild cackling. "Chan got embarrassed talking about you!"
"... Embarrassed?" I quietly ask. "You're embarrassed by me?"
"Jisung," Chan sighed, pressing his fingers to the bridge of his nose. "Wrong choice of words. I'm not embarrassed by you, my love. It was an awkward session and it didn't represent us right. Plus, it almost exposed our relationship."
"Why would that be bad?"
"I'm popular, my love. I don't mean to be cocky, but a lot of people want me. If people find out about our soulmate marks, it could mean a revolution for your blood."
A shiver rolled down my spine, imagining people hating me more than they already do.
"Will I one day be a part of the show?"
Chan smiled, nodding. "One day, when the school's anger calms down."
We arrive at presumably Changbin's house. My theory is confirmed when the young boy steps out of his house a few minutes later.
"Hana!" He cheers. "Is she a part of the episode?"
"For fucks sake no," Chan sighs. "We already went over this yesterday.""Sorry," Changbin grumbles. "Just wanted my favorite person to be a part of the episode."
"She's not yours," Chan warned, glaring at him from the rearview mirror. "Watch yourself.""I'm missing something," I announced, peering at Chan.
"No you're not," He snaps softly. "Just drop it."
"Ok ok. Fine." Silence fell between the four of us and it was killing me. "What's the new episode about?"
"Oh, I'm not too sure. We definitely can't do soulmates again."
