- Andy's P.O.V -

*flash forward the school day to lunch*

I sat around the lunch table with my friends. I don't know whether these people are considered friends, maybe just people I can stand without wanting to kill.

"So Andy, are you excited for this new school of yours?", asked Jake as he took a bite of his pizza.

"Uh yea, kinda want to get out of here.", I replied.

"No need to be harsh now, you know you'll miss us." spoke up CC.

Jake and CC are the only two I can honestly call friends. We've known each other sense freshman year and ever sense we've been close.

"Just maybe I will," I said with a smile.

The conversations around the table were quickly over when Damian and his friends walked up to our table. Nothing good ever comes out of this so we all just quieted down. Damian was once my friend, the whole, "you want to be a freak I want to be a jock", kind of thing.

"So, Biersack," he said, "I heard you were leaving our comfy little town here next week."

"Um, yea, about time.", I said as I looked around the table, these 5 people sitting at the table were the only people I told.

"It is, the gay population will finally be back to zero.", he said with a stupid smile, his two friends behind him with the same smile.

"Oh piss off, there's still you.", I said with a smirk. I stood up, smiled, and left. Nothing was going to ruin my mood today. I considered going out for a smoke, but I ran out and my smoke supplier, a senior kind of stoner kid, not very reliable anyways. So, I went to the library. Considering there was still half and hour left of lunch I didn't have many options.

I walked into the library and went into the back where the fantasy section was. Honestly, I loved fantasies, yea I look like a 'bad ass' with tattoos and piercings, but don't label me as a cliche in a song. I sat down and grabbed a random book. '... for one who cannot see color, is cursed, but there is a temporary cure, find your soulmate, and with one touch, you will see through their eyes...', well, that was enough of that. I got to think, yes, maybe, no. I was colorblind, completely, meaning black, white, and grey everyday, all the time, but that didn't mean I believed in these fantasies.

I put the book back and got up. The bell was going to ring in two minutes so might as well get going to class because it was all the way at the other side of the school. I stopped at my locker and grabbed my books. I started walking when I heard my name being called out.

"ANDY, ANDY, DO NOT IGNORE ME!", I turned around to see Jake running up to me. "Man, where did you go? Wait never mind doesn't matter, dude guess what!", he said excitedly.

"What now?", I asked.

"I got accepted! Dude I'm also finally leaving.", he said. To explain, CC, Jake, and I all signed up for private schools in different states. So far, I was the first one to get my acceptance letter, now Jake. CC was left and it worried me that we were leaving him alone.

"Hey that's cool, how'd you find out?", I asked.

"They called, right after you and Damian had your little conversation.", he said.

"What about CC? Has he gotten the news yet?" I asked

"No .." he said as he looked off. The bell rang just then and he was off. I too started walking to class.
