Song of the Chapter; Truce - twenty øne piløts {♡}

(I actually do recommend you listen to this towards the end of the chapter, I'll put up a little signal for when you should start the music.)

- Andy's POV -

Thursday came and went like it never happened, which was putting it easily. We all had a routine going, I went to all my classes, came back to my dorm, did some homework and walked with Vic into town. On that night there was some fresh fallen snow, that was good for tomorrow, it was nothing to major like that school would be canceled.

No one seemed to know about our outing tonight, but Alex reassured me that people really did know, that they were just really good at hiding it. I hadn't bothered talking to Kellin much, I didn't want to and there was no need to. He tried talking to me a few times, but my answers were just 'Ok' or a brief nod.

And now today was the day, I had to help get everything into place right after school. I could tell Fiona was jittery all throughout lunch, but she never mentioned why to anyone. I was sitting in math class now, we were supposed to be looking over our worksheets that we had for homework but I couldn't pay attention to what was written on the board.

Brendon and Pete were whispering about tonight, they tried to get me to answer some questions but I had swore I wouldn't. The bell finally rang and I stuffed my binder in my backpack. I walked out of class and headed to study hall. I was looking forward to the day being over and getting the outing set up and ready. I'm sure the others, mainly the girls, had bought better party decorations than we did the other day.

I walked into study hall, Oli was there waiting on me, or I thought he was.

"Hey!" he exclaimed as I set my stuff down next to my desk, "I'm getting us out of here to help set up early, Kellin, Gabe, and Courtney need help getting the sleds up to the hill."

I nodded and went over to the front of the room with him to wait for the bell to ring and the teacher to get here.

"What can I help you boys with?" the teacher asked as she walked into the class.

"May we be excused from class? We have an, assignment to do for another class, we need to go to the music room for it." Oli said smoothly. I tried my best at a smile but she eyed us suspiciously. After a few moments of silence she agreed to let us go.

We grabbed our stuff and decided to leave them in our dorms in case we didn't get back on time for the final bell.

"Are you mad at Kellin?" Oli asked as we walked up the stairs to our rooms.

I hesitated in answering him, he probably knows what happened between him and Vic. After a while I said, "Do you know what happened between Kellin and Vic?"

Oli looked down at the ground and nodded. "Now I know too." I said, I stopped once we reached my floor and waited for an answer.

"Those weren't good times. I remember it, I wasn't good friends with either of them. It wasn't until this year that I found myself hanging out with Kellin. I- I don't really wanna talk about it." he said.

"I just care about Vic a lot, and I don't think what Kellin did was right. But I understand, we won't talk about it anymore."

We went to my dorm first, Ieft my stuff there then we went to Oli's. We were out of the building and walking to in the wooded trail now, the snow made it hard to walk quickly, it'd probably be worse walking uphill. It was actually very pretty back here, the scenery was mainly covered in white and small flickers of gray and black from the dirt on the ground and bark on the trees.
