"Jesus, oh fuck." I whisper as chaos ensues around me, robots of all kinds fighting like dogs for this damn cube. I look over to the boy who holds it in question, him and the girl he's with all having mild panic attacks. By some miracle we make it into the city, I'm one of the first to jump out of Bumblebee, the soldiers around us start barking orders into a radio. Soon enough I hear an aircraft overhead, looking up, I see a few in the air but one black aircraft dives below the rooftops. "Uh gentlemen!" I call warningly, "It's StarScream." Ironhide calls. "Son of a bitch!" I scream, diving for cover as suddenly everything explodes. Rubble thrown in all directions, as my ears ring, everything that wasn't blurry was covered in dust. "Anybody hurt? Everyone, okay?" I hear a soldier calling.
I take deep breaths, trying to find something to ground me in this fucking warzone. I scan the area and my heart drops to see Bumblebee's legs completely crushed, "BEE!" I scream getting to my feet and hurriedly making my way over. Sam and Mikaela right behind me. "Oh shit, okay, uh..." I sputter looking at him, assessing the damage, "Ratchet!" I call only to find him occupied, "Okay you know what!" I huff gathering my hair and tying it up, Sam and Mikaela are pulled off by the soldiers as I walk over to Bumblebee. "I'm gonna get you out of this alright? I'm gonna get you out of this and we're gonna fucking live." I declare, "Yes Ma'am." The radio responds. "Are the rest of your legs intact? Or am I gonna pull you and watch them fall apart?" I questions, I watch Bumblebee shift a little, "All in one piece— mostly." He reports.
With a nod I scan the streets, looking for something of the likes of a truck or a tow truck. To my immense luck I spot one, I run over but I hear footsteps behind me, turning I see the petite figure of Mikaela. "What are you doing?" I hiss reaching into my bag and pulling out a small pocketknife, "I'm trying to help!" She huffs, I roll my eyes and jam the knife into the lock and twist before pulling open the car door. "Do you even know how to hotwire a car?" She questioned, I felt a spark of irritation, "Listen here bitch, if you wanna question my abilities with stupid questions fine, but do it when I actually have the time to argue with you." I snap, ripping open the panel below the wheel and grabbing the wires. "And for your information." I huff, sparking the wires in a hope to start the damn truck. "If I can wire alien technology into a computer to track them," I start briefly pausing upon hearing the engine sputter, "I can definitely hotwire a fucking car." I grin upon hearing the engine start up.
"Now get your ass in the truck." I demand hopping into said truck myself, as soon as she's in I shift the car into reverse and back out of the ally way. Twisting my body to look out the back window I back this truck through the war-torn street and right up to Bumblebee. Hopping out I ran to yank on the hook, Mikaela ready to help me wrap him up, "Alright look, around the chest then up and over his neck like a halter top." I instruct throwing the hook over to her side. She throws the hook back over to me when it's over Bee's chest and I toss it back so it goes over his throat, Mikaela ties it off. I ignore the nagging from the solider to hurry it up as run back to the truck to use the pulley system. Bumblebee is then dragged up onto the truck and out of the rubble.
"It's gonna be a bumpy ride Bee! Imma need some cover fire!" I call out and Mikaela climbs back into the truck. "Roger Captain!" I hear him respond, without another word I hit the forward gear and take off down the street, dodging piles of rubble, trucks, and fighting aliens. Once I'm finally out of the hotspot's I pull into the nearest ally way, leaning my head against the wheel I take deep breaths. "Nice driving—baby." Bumblebee calls. I stuck my hand out the window and gave him a thumbs up, I can hear the screams of people and the calls of soldiers, running and fighting for their lives. I look back at Bee then over to Mikaela, "How about a joy ride?" I question, Mikaela and Bee nod.
Shifting the car into gear I back out of the ally way and onto the street, "Ready Bee?" I call, "Born ready—Baby." He calls back. I twist around and press on the gas, driving us through the street and Bumblebee pops off shots. Driving us right to that one Decepticon, Bumblebee gets in one good shot to the head and the giant hunk of metal finally falls. I let out a laugh as I put the car in park, jumping out of the truck I walked over to Bumblebee. Holding up a curled fist, Bumblebee pauses at the gesture, but I grin when he fist bumps me back. "Hell yeah," I grin, my racing heart ringing my ears. "Come on, we gotta get a move on." The leader of the soldiers calls.
I give Bee one last nod before hopping back into the truck and following after the soldiers. The battle continues on, with air strikes and the soldiers taking one hell of a stand against starscream. But it comes to an eerie silence as Megatron lays dead in the middle of the street. I park the truck and jump out, looking at what remains of the Autobots, "Oh Jazz." I whisper looking up as Ratchet carries what remains of him. "He was brave," Ratchet murmurs softly, I send the robot a weak smile, "He was." I agree. "Permission to speak, sir." Bumblebee calls, I whip around with wide eyes, "Granted old friend." Optimus chuckles. "Hold on, is that the Radio or you." I cut in pointing a finger at the yellow bot, "Not—fixed yet—baby." He responds, I give him a suspicious glare and allow the previous conversation to continue. "I wish to stay with the kids." Bumblebee continues. Optimus looks over at us, "That is for them to decide." He answers. "You're crazy if you think I'm gonna pass up the opportunity to study the things I've been chasing my whole life." I laugh, Sam nods along with me but more for the fact that he's agreeing to let him stay.
