Carlos had already been in the garage making some last minute stuff to the car with the engineers and Lucia never got to talk to him, so she decided to make her way back to Redbull garage and find Marilla. She needed to tell her friend that everything was alright and that she had completely overreacterd. She made her way upstairs to the VIP-Lounges, where she found her friend hanging out by herself in a booth.

"Mary" she called out

Marilla quickly looked up from her phone, unsure of what to say. She was scared Lucia was going to end her friendship because of the whole Carlos thing. She got up to her feet and walked towards Lucia.

"I am so sorry. I promise you, if you don't want all of this to happen I will drop him. I never wanted to do this behind your back. I was just so scared of your reaction I kept avoiding it and I made him promise me not to tell you. Please don't be mad at him" she said fastly.

Lucia hugged her friend firmly. Marilla really needed the hug.

"I'm really sorry I freaked out on you guys. I shouldn't have reacted that way. It was ridiciulous of me" She replied pulling away.

"I guess I was just so distracted with myself and Charles and Max, I completely left you alone. I am really sorry too Mary" the best friends hugged again.

"I don't want you to leave my brother. I mean I'm honestly not quite sure what to call you guys though, are you like his girlfriend or-"

Mary laughed.

"I don't really know. We've just been hanging out just the two of us lately and then things started happening and now..." she said, unfinished.

"Well to be honest, things happened between me and Charles as well and, I'm not quite sure where we stand right now"

Suddenly, Maria was calling for Lu and it was time for her to get out her camera again and shoot more pictures. Mary and her had made plan s to get breakfast tomorrow and talk everything out. Both of them felt a lot better.

When Lucia went to check her phone, she saw an email from the Ferrari social media management team. It was the head of the management, asking her what time she was free on Monday to get coffee. She was pretty certain it was a job offer, and she couldn't be happier about it, since working at Redbull had been quite draining for her. The only thing in her way, was that she would have to work with Charles and if she did decide to start dating him, she couldn't really work there could she?

After the race, Lucia was making her way to the podium celebration, to congratulate her brother. Carlos had gotten P2 now in his home race, Charles P1 and Max P3. Max had been so pissed off, he immediately had made his way to the cooling room after his interview, while the other two drivers were still talking to their teams and fans. Lucia hugged her brother from behind and when he turned around, he hugged her so tight she thought she was going to suffocate.

"I'm not mad at you or Mary, lo siento hermano" she apologized.

He smiled at her happily. He knew she would eventually come around, she had given him a jump scare but, deep down he knew she wouldn't stand between him and Marilla.

"You are very dramatic hermana"

She congratulated him and hugged him again and when her brother finally lets her go, she feels a strong hand pulling her into a hug as well. They both knew they shouldn't have hugged in front of the cameras on live TV, but they did anyways.

Charles wrapped his big arms around her body and his face was buried in her neck.

"You smell really bad" she said laughing, and he finally let her go.

"But congrats anyway. It ways an amazing drive. Honestly I probably took more pictures of you then of the Redbull cars." she said smiling.

"Can't keep your eyes off of me, can't you?"

When Lu looked around her, she saw her brother eyeing them down. Carlos had had his suspicions about Charles for quite some time, for how they acted around each other and he believed Lucia had something to tell him as well. He wasn't quite fond of what he was seeing and he wanted Lu to avoid any driver from the paddock, but he was willing to hear her out. Besides, at least Charles had obviously no problem of publicly demonstrating how much he liked his sister, so that had gotten him some plus points.

"Hey Charles, why don't you join us for drinks later? Celebrate our podiums?" he asked Charles.

His sister just stood there shocked, while all the cameras around them were flashing in their faces. Big headlines were going to be out by tonight.

"I would love to" Charles agreed, as he gave Lucia one last squeeze on her shoulder, before she left to make her way to Max.
