POV: Yours
Destination: Home
"Mom someone is at the door!" Marcos said as he came in, "Just ignore it." I muttered as I put the blanket on top of my face.
I heard his footsteps come closer to me, he took the blanket off, "It's some.. guy."
I sighed and got up, "I'll take care of it." I said, I passed by the mirror and saw my hair all over the place, I wore my sleeping tank top and shorts.
I scoffed and reached the door, opening it, my eyes widened when I realized who it was, "Peter Parker?" I questioned, the fucking Peter Parker I used to date was at my door, "In the flesh." he said as we hugged.
Marcos stood behind me and crossed his arms, "Oh! This is my son Marcos!" I exclaimed, Peter gasped, "Hey buddy! You look like someone I used to know!" he said as he extended his arm to greet Marcos, "That is because he is my dad." he said, emphasizing Miles.
Marcos already didn't like Peter, it was very well known.
"Hey, listen, I need to talk to you alone." he said quietly, "Of course, Marcos can you go to your room, please?" I asked, Marcos scowled and walked to his room, shutting the door loud.
I led Peter to sit in our common room.
"Haven't seen you since I was 15." I said as I sat down, he chuckled, "Yeah I wanted to apologize for how I acted I was that night." he said, his brown eyes looked at his hands nervously, "Why did you come Peter? I know you, you wouldn't just stop your life back in your earth just to come and say sorry for something that was more than a decade ago."
He took a deep breath, "You're right, I have something important to tell you. There is good news and bad news I have bearing." he said.
I nodded, "Okay..." "It's about Miles." my eyes widened, "Did they find him?!? Is he okay? What happened-" Peter stopped me from talking, "I'll tell you the good news, a lot of the people that dissapeared from the blip came back." I smiled widely, "Oh my god! Miles is back!" I exclaimed happily as I got ready to get up, he grabbed my hand and sat me down, "No, that's the bad news."
"What are you talking about Peter?"
"Everyone who dissapeared said that Miles was nowhere to be found, we have reason to believe he is dead."
I couldn't speak.
My heart stopped, the world fell silent.
My vision blurred as Peter kept trying to talk.
No.
Miles wouldn't just die.
He wouldn't do this to me.
He promised me.
"Please leave." I said quietly.
Peter sighed and stood up, "If you ever need anything, I am always here for you." he said before he walked out.
I felt myself drop to the floor, I couldn't help it, I felt myself loose it as I began crying hard.
Marcos came out of his room, I could feel his eyes on me as I cried and hugged myself.
He walked over to me and bent down to hug me.
I cried in my son's arms, a lot of time passed by and I felt the world black out.
