/We start off from chapter 65, we start off in the next day in Konoha's hospital were we see Sakura, Naruto, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Kakashi, Shizune, and Sakura's parents who are Mebuki and Kizashi in the room where both Naruto and Sakura who are hospitalize in a room together while Sakura lays in bed in a sit up position while Naruto sit next to Sakura to be close by while everyone stands and the two teen couple sees their teacher Kakashi and Shizune finally visiting for the first time in a while/

Naruto: Hey Kakashi, Shizune how's it hanging, huh?

/Naruto notice something about Shizune as if she gain a few pounds in his point of view which Sakura also notice but she instantly knew something about Shizune, but Naruto is the first to react by pointing it out with his index finger/

Naruto: Shizune did you get-.

/And right before Naruto could finish his sentence, Sakura place her hand on Naruto's mouth to shut him up and he glance to Sakura to see her narrow her eyes at Naruto and she spoke a bit deeply to Naruto for him to understand the situation that Sakura is trying to help Naruto to not walk into and him seeing Sakura's glare gave him that very hint that she's giving off so strongly and she spoke for Naruto in the quick moment while she look to Shizune with a nervous smile she's expressing/

Sakura: Pregnant right, wow color us surprise right Naruto.

/Sakura look to Naruto with a fake smile that Naruto knows all to well to the point that he fakes his smile out of fear and nodded along and spoke in such a tone/

Naruto: Uh yeah, that's what I meant, ha... ha... ha...

/Then both Shizune and Kakashi look to the two teen couple and they smile to them and Shizune with her smile spoke with delight in her tone of voice/

Shizune: Well it's not like I could hide it forever.

Sakura: So how far along are you Shizune?

Shizune: I think about 4 months at this point.

Sakura: That far already, time sure flies by doesn't it.

/Kakashi with his single eye that seems a bit tired in some level and he thinks to himself/

Kakashi: (If only it would move faster...)

/Naruto notice Kakashi's tire expression and spoke up about it/

Naruto: Yo Kakashi-sensei, you seem out of it.

Kakashi: *Sigh* It's not a big deal, taking extra missions and having a new place for us to move into, and moving all of our things, and having to take care Shizune with a child coming along, it's tiring for sure, you'll understand later Naruto, take my advice, enjoy your youth.

Naruto: *Express confusion* Uh sure.

/Shizune couldn't help but to feel a bit sorry for her loving Kakashi to the point that she's smiles a bit shyly and she softly lay her head on Kakashi's shoulder in which point he look to Shizune and couldn't help but smile a bit, Sakura felt surprise to realize something since Shizune is pregnant and she smile soon after/
