This what if story will be about how I the story teller became the most un-liked character from Naruto, Sakura Haruno this will be what I would do to change the events of Naruto, will the story remain the same or will a different outcome.

/We start off from chapter 72, we see Sasuke who's lays on the futon bed and slowly opening his eyes and realize he's at an unknown location and clearly within some kinda of cave or hideout Sasuke wasn't sure, but he's own body is tired as if every part of his body is sore and worn out [here's a pic of it]/

/Then all at once Sasuke recalls everything that happened before he passed out as if flashes of them came to him and the pain that seems to come to his eyes cause him to quickly sit up having his eyes close and having his Sharingan change into a Mangekyō Sharingan and finally the pain subsided and Sasuke breath heavily and soon enough it started to ease and soon he sigh of relief [here's a pic of Sasuke achieving the Mangekyō Sharingan for the first time]/

/Then Sasuke lay on the futon not really caring where he is and he just needed to grieve for the lost of his own older brother and so he allowed his own tears to fall and allows himself to let go of his emotional pain of losing his remaining family then a few moments later Sasuke now unburden but still grieving for Itachi until he hears/
