Aonungs POV:
The Sully family had arrived at my village yesterday. And today, me and my sister had to teach them our ways due to it being an order by my father.
I woke up this morning and the first thing I did was groan in annoyance. I really didn't want to waste my time on this demon bloods. But I couldn't disappoint my father, the Olo'eyktan, who I inspire to be.
I tied my hair into a bun and walked to Tsireya who was in the main room. "Good morning!" She greeted me and smiled. I just looked at her and gave her a slight smile.
She placed a leaf full of small bits of fruit. "Breakfast." She spoke. I nodded my head as a thank you and ate the small pieces of fruit. When finished, I cleaned up after myself.
I was about to leave until I saw Tsireya had not finished, so I waited patiently. "Come on Tsireya." I spoke when she finished. We walked over to the Sully's hut.
The children walked out of there hut and followed my sister and I. As we were walking I saw Rotxo. "Hey, Rotxo!" I called out to him. "Join us, we are teaching the demon bloods!" I spoke to him as he walked over and we laughed. Tsireya nudged my arm in annoyance. "Aonung." She said firmly.
As we got to an area that opened out to the ocean, Tsireya explained on what we were teaching them. "For this lesson, we are free diving." She spoke softly. The 2 elder boys seemed to act cocky about it like it was easy.
Rotxo, Tsireya and me jumped into the water first. The bubbles first blurred my vision, so I pushed forwards to see more clearly. I looked over to Rotxo and we decided to race.
We raced until we met a coral not far from where we jumped into the water, and it was a tie. Rotxo smirked at me, "I definitely won that." He signed. I rolled my eyes smirking.
Me and him turned as we saw the elder brothers jump in together first out of the Sully family. Their swimming form was very off, and they moved slowly through the water. Soon after, the strange girl and the little girl jumped in.
The stranger girl seemed to naturally have a good form when swimming, I was quite impressed. Me and the other 2 kept moving forward, looking back occasionally.
The Sully's were far behind us, and me and Rotxo watched as they kept going back up to the surface for air. I looked at Rotxo, "What are they doing?" He signed with a confused look. "They are bad divers" i had a smile on my face. Tsireya stepped in as she saw what I signed. "They are learning!" She signed with a saddened expression. I rolled my eyes.
The younger sully brother looked down into the water, and Tsireya and Rotxo signed "Come." The boy looked confused, so they had to gesture it to make it easier for the newbie. I rolled my eyes again.
They both dove down into the water and started swimming towards us, oddly. Shortly after the elder one shook his head and they both went up for surface, and same with the little girl.
Rotxo and Tsireya went to them. I stayed under for a little bit then went up. "You guys are not good divers." I spoke with a smile. "Maybe good at swimming through trees but-" I was cut off by Tsireya hitting be on the head. "Aonung, they are learning." She simply said, rolling her eyes.
I looked over to Rotxo who looked confused. I was going to ask what was wrong until he spoke. "Where's Kiri?" He looked around. 'Who?' I thought.

Neteyams POV:
"Where's Kiri?" Rotxo spoke. I looked around and didn't notice her aswell. Everyone put their heads underwater and saw Kiri effortlessly holding her breath swimming with sea creatures. Nobody really said anything, until Tsireya spoke up.
"I will go get her, everyone head to the shallow waters, Aonung will take you." I looked at the tall teal boy and he rolled his eyes. "Follow me." He dryly said.
We went to the shallow waters, and Tsireya and Kiri followed up shortly after. "Kiri said to me that she will take Tuk home due to her complaining and exhaustion." Tsireya explained to the group. "I will be back." Kiri, Tuk, Rotxo and Tsireya all walked my 2 siblings home.
So now it was just my brother, Aonung and me. "If you want to live here, you have to ride." He explained. Me and Lo'ak looked at eachother confused.
The teal boy made clicking sounds and a sea animal came up to him. "These are ilu." He spoke, patting the ilu on its head. 'It's adorable.' I thought to myself.
Shortly after Tsireya came back, and entered the water. My brothers gaze fixated on her. "Sorry, I have returned." She smiled.
"We will split up into groups," Tsireya explained to me and Lo'ak. "Neteyam, you shall go with my brother, Aonung. And you, Lo'ak can go with me." She smiled. 'Something has to be going on between those two..' I thought smiling.
I went over to the tall navi and he stared at me blankly. "So." He spoke getting ready to explain. "This is an ilu, like I said. Get on." He was very dry with his instructions, but they were clear. So I got onto the sea creature.
"Now, create Tsaheylu, feel what the ilu is feeling to connect with it." I grabbed my braid and formed the bond. My pupils dilated as a rush of feeling swam over my body.
The teal navi then instructed where to place my hand. "Hold here." He pointed to a woven piece attached onto the ilu. I placed my hand onto it.
I looked over to the teal navi and I noticed he was underwater staring at my brother and Tsireya. I looked over and noticed Lo'ak was about to go.
Lo'ak's ilu went forwards and dove into the water. He was on for about 5 seconds. I laughed as I sat on my ilu. My brother came back up to the surface and the ilu splashed in his face. Everyone laughed at the funny scene, and Aonung had made his way and was next to Tsireya. "What was that!" He laughed pointing at Lo'ak. He didn't seem to happy.
The tall Navi came back to me. He studied me, and I sat on the ilu. I became slightly flustered. "Your posture is wrong, so you want to end up like your brother?" He scoffed. "You need to straighten your arms skxawng." He spoke as he straightened my arm for me. I rolled my eyes.
"Now go." He instructed. I took a deep breath and my ilu dove into the water. I kept my arm as straight as possible and I was on, and did it without falling unlike my brother. I resurfaced with the ilu and looked at my brother. He seemed embarrassed and annoyed that I didn't fall. I scoffed.
I looked over at the tall teal Navi and he didn't seem to give a reaction. "Well done, Neteyam!" Tsireya cheered me on, I looked over at her and smiled.
