Chapter 9 "No Separation"

Shuiro looked over Madrigals and right then Abuela started shouting.

"What took you so long?! Why didn't you come earlier?!"

Muichiro looked Abuela with uninterested face and then glanced at Shuiro.

"Can you make this old hag shut up?"

"Nope..She is like this before and now. I wish I could do that Muichiro.."

"Right.."

Shuiro looked over Mirabel.

You shouldn't give up Mirabel! I just want to say that..

Muichiro who didn't really know what was going on between Mirabel and Shuiro gave Shuiro small smile.

"Talk to her..Just for while..I can hold this ugly greature then.."

"Huh ugly?!" shouted Gyokko and then he got suprised when Muichiro charged another breathing tecnique to Gyokko.

Shuiro took couple of steps towards Mirabel until she was stopped by Madrigals. She saw how their panicked faces were sending different emotions like fear.

"Why didn't you protect Mirabel from beginning?! Why did you show up just now?! What she is doing in middle of this forest?!"

Shuiro could only stare at Mirabel and saw how broken she was. First their first big fight which almost caused their break up and then Final Selection.

"Don't you think talking to Mirabel right now! You only think about yourself. You should have thinked that Mirabel can't fight!"

"What kind of family are you?" said Shuiro with low voice

"Huh?!"

"You always say that Mirabel can't do certain things or she is weak. That's where you are wrong! Mirabel is strong and who would have faced Uppermoon in Final Selection?! I know I didn't! You guys have no right to judge Mirabel's abilities and how she have grown since then. She even invented new breathing tecnique which is impressive already.! Fine if you won't let me talk to her.. Atleast give her this.." said Shuiro and throwed Mirabel's old sword that was fixed.

For the last time Shuiro looked at Mirabel and said:

"You shouldn't give up..I know both Shinobu and I didn't teached you that.."

Mirabel started crying. She never knew that Shuiro had watched her from behind and saw her growth eventhough she wasn't her teacher for a long time. Mirabel started to get up.

"Wait! Don't you think about it! We should leave this place and leave those hashiras there! It's their job! Mirabel don't you even listen what that hashira said!"

"For the millionth time just shut up!! I will help Shuiro!"

"What you can do?! You bring us to the danger and now you want to throw your life away!"

I didn't ask them to come here!!

Mirabel started to run from her family and took her new sword with her.

It's..more lighter..Shuiro did this sword for me..

Mirabel continued to run and until she heard a voice.

"Honō no kokyū: Ichi no kata: Shiranui"

"You guys..Are the Hashiras right..?"

Muichiro and Shuiro stared at eachother and then looked Gyokko with uninterested face.

"Answer me! I am a Uppermoon 5! BOTH of you!"

"Really now?"

Gyokko was starting to get annoyed by these two but in same time he felt a lot of pressure and their aura felt somewhat familiar.

Wait these two..Why? Do I feel scared? Other one is like..Who? Who is that? Someone from Muzan's past..

"What's wrong Uppermoon 5? Don't have any tricks in your sleeve? Or is your attacks way too slow?" said Muichiro and gave Gyokko a sinister smile.

"Don't get too cocky you little child!!"

Shuiro only stared at Gyokko with disgust in her face.

"Sir..I get that you are demon..But how the hell did you get that kind of form? It looks..terrible."

"And you too! Shut up already!! I have killed many hashiras before! I don't need some kids to tell me what is wrong!"

"Hmph..This kid isn't just "some kid" said someone suddenly.

Shuiro turned around and saw crow that she thinked was Muichiro's.

"He is the descendant of first Sun breather..So he is way above than this girl over here.."

"Um..lady crow..That's easy for you to say..And you shouldn't just judge me like that..and you don't even know who I am.."

Before the crow could answer Shuiro Mirabel walked to then Shuiro and gave her serious stare.

"Shouldn't you guys focuse on demon.."

"Oh..yeah.."

"That's a good point.."

Gyokko stared at the trio with disgusted face.

"It doesn't mean that you guys can ignore me! I am the Uppermoon! And you guys..."

Gyokko didn't even had a chance to say anything when Muichiro and Shuiro attacked.

"Don't! Even think about it!" said Gyokko who trapped Shuiro in his Blood Demon art.

Water ..trap...Why?

Muichiro looked terrified and was panicking a little. Mirabel then runned over and shouted

"Muichiro! Can you hold Gyokko?! I will free Shuiro!"

Muichiro nodded and then took Gyokko in other area a little far from Shuiro and Mirabel. Mirabel then started to poke the water trap open.

"Camon! Why can't I make anything right?! Shuiro! Wake up!"

Shuiro who felt pressured by the water opened her eyes. She saw how Mirabel was working hard to save her. Shuiro could feel Mirabel's feelings through the water. How much pain and frustfration she had to go through. All because..of what..?

Mirabel..Why do you keep trying this hard? I was a fool and arrogant..And I didn't even helped you when you got ready for Final Selection..Why do you keep doing this?

"Shuiro!" shouted Mirabel

Shuiro looked up to Mirabel.

"I know you are stupid, arrogant and cold to me during this time! You yourself said that I shouldn't give up! What are you doing?! Cut this damn trap! Don't you get it..I want you to be alive! I want to spend more time with you and I want to live with you forever..Don't you get it..I go through this pain because I still love you!"

Shuiro's eyes wided.

That's right..It was always Mirabel who got me up during my darkest..She was always there for me..Eventhough I brought her pain and had to go through my own..She stood with me..Camon Shuiro! The self pity is over..Time to help Mirabel.

"Mizu no kokyū: Ni no kata: Mizu Guruma!"

Shuiro then got out from water trap. She was panting and still got some water out of her mouth. Then her gaze went to Mirabel.

Man..I haven't done that tecnique for a long time..

Mirabel stared at Shuiro and then runned to her and hugged her tightly.

"Promise me..not to ever scare me like that.."

Shuiro then gently patted Mirabel's back. She then smiled a little.

"Sorry..."
