Danger

Readers POV

I got so happy once I saw Loreen getting through the door and hugging me. I felt like I couldn't even squeeze her enough to express how happy I am to have her back with us again. My smile grew even wider once we pulled back to look at each other, her leaning down to place a kiss on my lips. If I could I would definitely want more now since I missed her so much but we weren't alone. Once we both got reunited again she greeted the others as well and then of course she went to our two little ones, greeting them as well and they were so happy to see their mother again, making my heart warm at the sight if it.

„Aww hey there my loves. I saw you learned a lot that day I was gone, I am proud." She mentioned and I just watched the scene with the others but one person was missing.

„Where is La Zarra?" I ask them as I got confused, I am still worried about her, she didn't seem to feel good lately and all I wanted is to help but I couldn't at the moment.

But before I could say anything I saw Kaarija joining the scene with La Zarra, she looked tired.

„Welcome back sweet wolfie!" She told as she went to hug Loreen. I still felt like there was something bothering the vampire but I just ignored my feelings as I didn't want to interrupt this calm moment, wanting to spread more happiness than worries, for now at least...

We all ate together as always, the kids already in bed after being full and me and Loreen finally had time alone again as we were in her room, being already in bed. My head was resting on her chest, listening to her heartbeat as I try not to overthink everything, feeling her hand caressing my hair which did have an calming effect on me but there was no way to lie to a werewolf, she can sense my feelings.

„What is bothering you?" She told me and I felt busted, frowning before I finally tell her about my worries. „You know what happened a few days ago. Since that day La Zarra acts weird, I am worried about her. She knows...we all know that there will be again danger for us and I can't take that thought knowing we are having Samira and Andrei with us...I am worried about our family." I told her and she just kept me closer, her warm hug making me feel so comfortable.

„My love...don't worry. I know that too, nothing is save anymore and I do worry as well. I felt some weird things on my way back to be honest but we need to stay calm yea? I know we can do it." She tried to calm me down and I just nod my head in response, closing my eyes as I keep on cuddling closer to her, loving her warmth and beautiful scent that made me feel all calm again.
„I love you..." I tell her and she just lifted my head up, making me look at her before we both got lost into a heated kiss.

The next day Loreen went out into the woods alone. She did that every now and then to just enjoy the calmness and gain new energy. This time she wasn't walking through the forest in wolf form, she stayed human for now, not really liking to change her forms a lot, she enjoyed looking more like a human than anything else.

She found a comfy looking place, deciding to sit down on the soft grass and just sit there for a moment as she closed her eyes, inhaling the fresh air and just taking a moment for herself before she felt something odd shining on her face, it wasn't the sun.

When she opened her eyes again she noticed a bright light behind some trees and her curiosity took her more closer there. Weird enough she wasn't feeling scared, she felt calm and a warmth in her heart and as she saw what was causing the light her eyes widened. It was the one and only huge wolf god that was staring directly at her. This wasn't a dream...no it was reality.
„You're..." She started before walking closer, the creature still staring at her before it spoke to her.

„My child...I am coming to warn you. There is something bad just behind this huge forest planning to cause you much harm. You remember years ago when we fought against this nasty vampire Draven? He is alive and he wants revenge. He knows who you are. You are my child, I gave you my power to defeat the vampire's daughter. I know fighting isn't what you like to do...but you have to. I am gonna give you more of my powers, I can't fight since I am just a illusion talking to you...I am not existing in this world anymore but you need to take my powers and use them in this fight again...this time you just need to be stronger and you will be." The huge wolf explained and gave her all the power he had left for her to use before she got overwhelmed by the huge power and just fell down on the grass, the wolf god disappearing.

A few minutes later she woke up again, opening her eyes to find herself still laying on the soft grass in the middle of the forest but once she stood up she could feel a huge power surrounding her almost as last time only stronger and she knew this all wasn't a dream. They needed to fight. Better sooner than later.

Readers POV

I was wondering where Loreen had been all the time, knowing she always needed some time for herself but I got a bit worried, bad feelings down my stomach never lie to me.

„Hey (Y/N) are you even listening?" Alessandra snapped me out of my thoughts and honestly...no I didn't listen. „Huh??" That's all I got out as I look at her confused, the others laughing a little except La Zarra who also was in her own thoughts. Alessandra opened her mouth to say something but before she could the door opened and Loreen rushed to us, she looked like she saw a ghost out the woods.

„Guys! We need to go now. There is danger out there and if we won't do anything about it then this whole house and everyone in here will die!" The alphas words made all of us look at her in confusion and I got even more scared knowing my feelings were right.

„Damn Loreen sit down first." Alessandra said but the other wolf refused.

„No! Listen to me. I saw my father...he told me everything. La Zarra...your worries are very valid, it's not a coincidence you got that necklace out of a sudden. You father...he is alive!"
The vampire stood up immediately after hearing Loreens voice, feeling alerted as well. „So that's it...he really is? I knew it...I am gonna find him." She said as she made her way out but I stopped her for a moment.

„Wait!" I said and she looked down at me with a serious expression. „There is no time to wait (Y/N)" She said and Loreen went between both of us, not wanting anything to escalate.

„(Y/N) is right. We shouldn't go without a plan and you definitely won't leave alone La Zarra. Listen...I will come with you okay? Alessandra...Kaarija and Bojan, you will take care of the kids. I want our healer to be here with the little ones so I won't allow you to come with us Alessandra. Luke...you will come with us. As vampires you both know how things work out there. (Y/N) you-..." She started but I interrupted her, grabbing her shoulders as I speak to her. „I will come with you! There is no way I will leave you alone in this. I have faith in Alessandra, Kaarija and Bojan to take good care of our kids and I know you do too. I don't want to nearly lose you again..." I told her and there was no way she could make me stay here. She had no other choice cause I would follow them anyways and she knew.

„Fine..."
