Golden Eyes - Part 2

The wolf in chains

Readers POV

Me and Loreen made it finally inside the building, we heard La Zarra discussing from afar and another male voice that didn't belong to Luke, making us already know who that could be. When we arrived we saw them all three being in the middle of a hallway talking to each other...or better discussing. I didn't know the man but I already felt disgust, a huge negativity surrounding the vampire king and I hated it.

„La Zarra!" I yell and everyone turned to face us, the vampire king smirking as he saw us, followed by an evil laughter. „Ah...look who's there, a totally weak human and her puppy following her. It's good to see you after all those years Loreen. Thought your father defeated me? Well let me tell you, no one can!" He kept on laughing, very sure about his power and I could see Loreen's expression changing to a more serious and kind of annoyed one but she didn't seem to be impressed by him.

„You know I never wanted to fight. I had to, otherwise I would be dead now. I am not going to kill anyone, even though that's what you might expect from me, I am not here to seriously hurt anyone." She told him and I could feel my heart feeling all warm because of her words, she really was a kind person but we all knew kindness is not going to help anyone of us in this situation and it showed when the king continued.

„Just like I said before. You're a puppy, how can you be Fenrir's daughter? Maybe you need a little help...a little brainwash to be the one you truly are? A beast." He made me snap with his words as I stopped him and her from talking as I shouted at him angrily, defeating my wife in any way possible. „Shut up! She is not a beast and never will be! You're the beast in here!-..."

He stopped me from talking using his telekinesis powers to throw me against the next wall, making me groan as my back hit the wall and Luke immediately getting towards me, checking if I am okay. „(Y/N)?! Are you okay?" He asked and I just nod my head with a groan following.
La Zarra got even more mad at her father for doing this, snapping again. „Stop! Leave them alone this is a fight between us!" She shouted but he just grinned in a evil was as always. „No...my dear daughter where will be the fun? Attack them!"

He shouted and from the dark behind him there appeared a lot of ugly vampire creatures that just looked like La Zarra's creations just a bit different and less muscular but they were quick. They managed to take Loreen away from us and I wanted to follow but another creature stopped me. I groaned in annoyance as I made a movement with my hand and the blue fire like thing appeared again, making him die in a second. I am still scared and surprised about my own self, what was that?

„So when did you want to tell us you're not fully human?!" I heard La Zarra yell at me mid fighting but I had no idea either. „I don't know!? I really don't." I answer her and we all three kept on fighting those quick but weak creations, taking them all down but La Zarra's father already disappeared into nowhere.

„Where is your father?" I ask the female vampire and she just shrugged. „I don't know but we need to find Loreen." She answered me and me and Luke looked at each other, nodding. „Okay let's go!"

Back home the other three wolves thankfully had a very calm life with the your and Loreen's kids, entertaining them and laughing but something little changed in Alessandra. She seemed to be worried and she definitely felt something.
When they three had a calm moment for themselves the two male wolves decided to talk to her again, Kaarija making the start.

„Hey...there is something wrong isn't it? There is more than just worries about the others." He said and Alessandra gave him a small little smile, she knew she couldn't hide it away.

„Kaarija...Bojan...I always see something. Not only in my dreams but also get a vision every now and then. I see blue fire, I see the color so often...but it gives me a familiar feeling. I feel warm and happy...but I can't tell where it belongs to, what it is." She said with a pout. Alessandra did feel a huge connection to that power but she didn't remember. Everyone knew she had healing powers, knowing about her past but there was no blue fire.

„Maybe you will find out soon?" Bojan mentioned, smiling as he tried to cheer her up by patting her shoulder.

„He is right! When the vision get's stronger it's a sign that you're gonna witness it soon." Kaarija added but that didn't make the female wolf stop thinking. She was still worried but the thoughts faded away as soon as Samira and her brother came towards them. „Can we go out play in the garden?!" The little one asked excitedly and all of them three had to laugh again at the cuteness.

„Sure."

Readers POV

We went through the building searching for Loreen, having to fight some of those creatures creeping around here every now and then but until now we couldn't find her until we moved to something that looked like a cellar door.

„Here...that must be it, behind the door is something like a prison, I am sure they brought her here." La Zarra mumbled under her breath before cracking the door open with ease using her powers and when we went inside I couldn't believe my eyes. There really were a lot of prison cells, most of them were empty but inside one of them there was Loreen.

We could clearly see her through the prison bars, she got something like a collar around her neck made of steel and a chain on it that made her stay in place, something you really would put around a beast so it can't break out.

„My god..." La Zarra started and I was still lost for words as I slowly approached her, trying to hold my tears back.

„Loreen?..." I ask as I carefully stepped closer, seeing her looking at me with a totally cold expression, her beautiful golden eyes looked dangerous mixed with red in it and she had bigger fangs and her nails looked like claws...I have seen her in that form before...but this time it scared me.

„What did they do to you...?"
