the project was a success, but failed in a way
The generator worked but it hit the general and his armor he wore for protection. Fifteen feet of lead and tungsten didn't protect his body that was covered in project lockdown
The general was placed inside of Hollow Point hospital to restart his heart but the doctors there found something off, his body fused with the armor, there's no bones left in his body, and there's no digestive system or is there a heart. The general is still alive but his most important organs are gone and he doesn't have a skeleton, our top everything related to medical are working on keeping him alive until we can develop a small fusion reactor that can power his suit and mechanical replacements for his bone
