Chapter Twenty-Four [M]

Y/n's POV

"Seattle time, huh?" I said with a goofy smile as Rosie gave me the biggest smile back as she squeezed my hand tightly as we were just told that we were going to need to get ready for landing. The two of us are resting on her bed on the private jet in the back room.

"I can't wait to be lazy in your apartment as your girlfriend." She said with a dreamy sigh, making me chuckled and kiss her lips,

"That's all I have planned for the day: just you and me inside my apartment. And I do actually have food that I can cook for you stored in my fridge as I told Milo to go shopping for me since we live in the same building." I explained as I had ideas for dinner since we'll be landing around 4pm and we snacked on this flight the whole time for our lunch.

"I know I'll love whatever you make. And the first thing I'm going to do is raid your dresser and closet for clothes to wear during the remainder of the tour." Rosie told me with a gleam in her eye, already looking forward to stealing from me.

I did in fact take a few of her things like 2 hoodies and a shirt that she likes, so I can't deny Rosie access to my clothing now. I have a feeling though she's going to take more than 3 items of clothing though.

"Is there anything in particular that you want to do in Seattle? Any sights you want to visit?" I asked my girlfriend as we got up from the bed to head back to the main area to buckle up for landing. Rosie shrugged her shoulders,

"I dunno, I'll let the expert be my tour guide. Take me wherever you think I'll like." A few things popped into my mind for what we could do as there are some nice places to visit here in the Pacific Northwest.

"Hm, one thing I think you'll love requires us to wake up at an ungodly hour, but it'll be worth it." I told her as she scrunched up her face a little as she opened the door to the main area,

"Really? I better still get my beauty sleep." She said as the two of us joined the other staff out in the main area. Rosie sat down in her seat and I sat beside her, buckling up as I nudged her shoulder a little,

"You should get your phone out, we'll be flying by Mount Rainier soon. It looks awesome from a plane's point of view." I said as seeing Mount Rainier is one of my favorite things about flying into Seattle. I always take into concentration what direction my flight will be entering Seattle so I can make sure I sit on the proper side with the mountain, or should I say stratovolcano to be specific.

I watched with a smile as Rosie got her phone out and looked out the small window to await for the view of Mount Rainier. I placed my left hand on her right knee and caressed it gently as she then placed her right hand on top of mine, making my smile grow.

Rosie gasped a few minutes later and took her hand off mine as she went into photography mode, trying to take the best pictures she could of one of the most beautiful sights in my humble opinion. It's just the way Mount Rainier breaks through the clouds is beautiful.

Nature is truly gorgeous day in and day out.

I looked over her shoulder and saw the mountain standing tall above the layer of white clouds. I saw Rosie switched over to a video, so I kept my mouth shut and watched her phone screen since it had a much better view than my current angle.

"It's so cool." Rosie whispered as she ended the video and went back to taking more photos of the view. I kissed her cheek,

"That's why I told you to get your phone out. I had a feeling you'd like it."
