Using your quirk causes you to get dehydrated which often ends with you passing out or being too weak to continue fighting as you start to lose balance and have a blurring vision. If you push yourself and try to manipulate substances like blood that aren't purely made of water you get dehydrated faster and are more likely to pass out.
Fighting style:
You can manipulate anything that contains water whether it be ice, the water in your blood, or the water in the atmosphere. You often use this power to create strong shields and water blades and that is what you usually use to fight. Your signature move is 'Hurricane' where you channel all the water available in the atmosphere and manipulate it to swirl and move at very high speeds almost simulating a hurricane. This is a very strong move and can defeat almost everyone; however, once it has been used you can no longer continue fighting as you become too weak to either continue or you pass out due to dehydration.

Family Background:
Your mother is Hydra; the no. 3 hero in Japan. She often worked with Endeavour, Hawks, and All Might as they all were at the top. When your mother was pregnant with you, your father had abandoned her. He had taken left her vulnerable and alone to take care of you. However, your mom's best friend Hawks had stepped up to help take care of you as he was your god father. You never knew who your father was and your mom or anyone refused to show you any pictures of him. Not that you wanted to see them anyway. You mom is also good friends with Endeavor (if you can believe it). She's one of the only people in this world who was able to befriend him as he respects your mother greatly for all the work she has done in the hero world.
