"Do you remember the 3 golden rules of being the center of attention?", Kiego asked. "Always be an energy level higher than the person you're talking to. Make sure to compliment them at least once because people are self-centered and don't be afraid to take up space in the room", you said. "Good, so let's go and charm those oldies", Kiego said smiling.

"I'm going to go find Rumi so till then why don't you start by talking to Midnight? She's always an easy person to get along with", Kiego said. "Okay, here goes nothing." You say confidently.

"Good evening Midnight! I love your dress, I have to say, black really suits you well. How are you?", you began.

"Hi sweetie! I'm doing just fine, it's so nice of you to say that. I love your dress too, it accentuates your body very well. Well how are you?", she said.

"I'm doing just fine too! I got accepted into UA's hero program so I'll be attending next month", you gushed.

"Oh that's fantastic! I'm actually one of the teacher's there so it's likely we'll have class together. What's your quirk dear?", she asked.

"It's water manipulation and temperature control. So I can manipulate anything that has water in it like ice, water vapor and our blood. I can also control the temperature of the things that I'm manipulating so I can heat up ice and cool down water vapor to get it into a liquid form."

"That's a very strong quirk. As expected from a UA student. So did you take the general exam or?"

"I got in through recommendations scoring 2nd", you say. "Well, I look forward to seeing you dear. Just a moment", she says taking out a card and handing it over to you. "If you need any help you can always reach out to me sweetie. I can see some great potential in you. Now if you don't mind, I have to get going now. It was nice talking to a strong young woman like yourself. Bye." "Thank you for time! Bye!"

One down, four to go. You had made a list of five heroes whose contacts you'd like to get by the end of the evening. Next on the list was...Endeavour...but he's going to be one of the harder ones to charm so you'll go to...Wash!

After having a pleasant conversation with Wash and getting his number, you do the same to Ryuko and Gang Orca. Now that you've cleared 4/5, it's time you get the final number...Endeavour. You walk over to Rumi and Kiego who together seem to be chatting up a storm, being the center of attention. You tap Rumi's shoulder and she turns to you and yells to the others "Guys! Have I introduced you to Y/N yet? She just got accepted into UA!"

The crowd congratulates you and you start to introduce yourself to them. By the end of the conversation you ended up securing 7 more numbers of pro-heroes. Thanks Rumi! You tap Kiego's shoulder next and he signals you to follow him to a more quiet corner.

"Okay so I've gotten 11 numbers so far. But there's one person still left on my list that I don't know how to approach...", you confessed. "And that is?", Kiego asked. "Endeavour", you whispered as both of you gulped. "Baby bird...I don't know how to help you with that. Frankly I don't think even Rumi could charm him. Let's just say that Endeavour isn't the friendliest hero out there. But I think this will be a good opportunity to learn how to carry a conversation even when you're talking to a wall. Your mother was the only person who was able to befriend him but from what I know is that brevity is key and don't be afraid to voice out what you feel." Kiego says. "Goodluck kiddo", he says patting your back and then walking back towards Rumi to continue socializing.

You take a deep breath and walk towards Endeavour. He seems to be alone in a corner just watching Kiego and Rumi...creepy? Maybe he wants to socialize after all but he just doesn't know how...I feel kind of bad for him...NO! He was so brutal towards Shoto and he drove his own wife so mad that she had to go to a mental hospital. Sigh. But you still have to get his number.
"Good evening Endeavour!"
