As Kaeiden's ship lands on Korriban, the Fearless hangs back over the planet, Jaxis having been let in on the plan by Kaeiden himself.

Kaeiden escorts the two "prisoners" into the Sith Academy. Many Sith mock and tease the Jedi as they're led to the chambers of Darth Malgus deep within the underground layers of the academy.

"Finally, you show promise, Kaeiden." Says the Emperor of the Sith.
Kaeiden presents him with his trophies, shoving the two Jedi along. Kira exchanges a nervous glance with her Padawan while Darth Kaeiden steps forward. He kneels, presenting Emperor Malgus with their lightsabers. The Emperor snatches the lightsabers and examines them before tossing them back to his apprentice.
"These Jedi... Serve as purpose..." Says Emperor Malgus. He faces down the petrified Jedi duo, then force pulls Ty Sh'eek's lightsaber from Kaeiden's grasp. "This lightsaber...It is not your own." He says, peering down at Kira.
"It belongs to a very wise man." Says the Jedi Knight.
Malgus ignites the lightsaber, holding the tip of the blade before Kira's throat. "It belongs to a fool."
Kira glances over at Kaeiden, sensing a dangerous aura rising from his person at the sight of Malgus with a blade to her throat.
"Of course, you'd know that, as his student. Abandonment is a cowards way..." Says the Emperor. Darth Malgus deactivates the lightsaber, handing it back to Kaeiden.
"Enjoy throwing insults from a throne you did not build?" Kira taunts the Emperor.
"Watch your tongue, knave..." He demands.
"You cling to a power you did not earn. You merely stole it." Says Kira. "That's why you lost the battle on Tatooine, because this is not your empire."
"I would correct yourself. You simply won because we were not after your useless friends. Our plan was simple. Capture you and your friends would lose morale." Says the Emperor.
"You underestimate the Republic." Kira says. "They won't be discouraged by my capture. All you've done is light their flame, the way my master's disappearance led me to all this. Others will fight in our names."
