Chapter seven: Laura's broken heart

When Lia returned home. She found her mom sitting in her favorite chair in the garden.

"Hey mom" Lia said and sat beside her

"Hey, what did you do?" Mina asked her daughter with a pale face

"What happened to Laura?" Lia asked

"As I told you, she was found fainted in her room, the doctor came and said she has nervous tension, till now we don't know the reason" Mina said

"She was unconscious? oh my Lord" Lia said

"No, she was conscious, but the doctor wanted her to relax and don't talk, your aunt is so sad" Mina said

"Poor Laura! What do you expect happened to her" Lia asked

"I don't know I am so confused, Dad told me that the guy she was about to marry is not suitable for her as he escaped from prison years ago because of misbehavior, he's reckless so he failed to manage his father's and uncle's factory, but when I visited her yesterday I saw the happiness in her eyes. I don't understand what happened." Mina said

"Oh, So she should have known all that! But who told her? I am sorry to hear that. " Lia said sadly

"I think so" Mina said

"Mom, We should be near her. These days are difficult for her" Lia said sadly

"Yes, Now go to study sweetie" Mina said

"Sure mom" she stood up and kissed her

Mina received a call from her husband.

"She's better now thank God" Das said

"Oh, Thanks God" Mina said
"Did you know the reason?"

"No, she doesn't wanna talk" Das said

"Okay, God keep her safe, Are you coming?" Mina said

"Yes, I am in my way back home, in three minutes I will be home. Bye cause I'm driving" Das said and ended the call

"Rayna what're you doin?" Jak said when he entered his sister's room

"Studying, Do you wanna me prepare dinner for you?" Rayna said

"No, I want you in another thing" jak said

"What is it? Come." Rayna said

He came and closed the door

"First, I was so pleased with Taila's birthday, and I agree with Brixton that Lia is a very beautiful lady" Jak said

"Oh, that what you wanted to talk about? Okay I know she's adorable what else?" Rayna said

"No, it was just something I liked to mention. The main thing is that what will we do in mom & dad? " jak said

"Nah Jak, I feel Lia was your main point and then that comes second" Rayna said

"What do u mean Rayna, I'm not joking?" Jak said

"Oh wait Lia is calling me" Rayna said

"Oh Hi Rayna, I was asking about the math homework what was it?" Lia said

"It was answering page 20 & 23, tell me Joe called you?" Rayna said looking at Joe to see his reaction

"He did but I ignored his call, why?" Lia said

"Really, all that calls. Lia became irregular" Rayna

"All that calls? He just called me once?" Lia said
