I found myself being awaken by the sound of a pan hitting the floor in the kitchen, the sound rippling through the skeleton of the chalet as I sit blot up right.
I wasn't in the living room anymore but found myself tucked up into one of the bedrooms, my clothes from last night still on, my suitcase still zipped up on the floor beside the bed.
I rub my eyes from the sleep, looking out the window where the curtains had not been fully drawn. The light was starting to flood in, meaning it was still quite early in the morning as I swung my legs over the edge of the bed.
I throw on a knitted jumper over the top of my bodysuit, cracking the bedroom door opened.
"Good job for waking everyone up at 6AM," I hear Lewis saying as I'm rounding the corner into the kitchen.
Dee was making breakfast, Lewis sat on one of the bar stools at the kitchen island.
"Good morning beautiful people," I yawn, stretching my arms above my head.
"You could've had more of a lie in if Miss Kupis over here didn't decide to play pots and pans at this ungodly hour," Lewis chuckles, pouring himself a cup of coffee from the press.
I sit down next to him as the front door opens behind us. Andres walks in, juggling some equipment as he closes the door behind him with his foot.
"Good morning, Andres," I call out, pouring myself a cup of coffee, also taking one over to him by the door.
"Hello all, where is George?" he asks taking the mug from my hands.
"I think he's still asleep, I'll go wake him up."
I tread quietly through the corridor, finding the only closed door next to my bedroom.
Inside the room was dark, the curtains drawn, and the smell of George's cologne filled the air.
He had his back to me as I entered the room, walking over and sitting down beside him as I peeled the duvet away and off his head.
Placing my hand on his bare shoulder I shake him gently, "time to get up Mr Russel," I say softly.
He stirs in his sleep, his eyes opening slowly as he stretches out on the bed, his feet pocking out the end of the duvet.
"I could get used to seeing your face every morning," he says groggily as he begins to sit up in the bed, the duvet stopping just before the end of his torso, exposing his toned chest.
"Shut up and get up," I push him away playfully, standing from the bed to open the curtains.
He lets out a screech as the light floods into the room, blinding the both of us as the sun was starting to reflect off the snow.
"Come on, Andres is waiting," I throw him a shirt to put on before leaving the room for him to get ready.
I jump into the shower quickly before changing into a new body suit, putting on an extra pair of leggings and my snow trousers and jacket before meeting the others in the hall way.
"Why do I have to come? I don't even know how to ski," Dee complains as she's lacing up her boots, the front door wide open.
"We're not outside just yet can we close the door? Electricity is expensive," I complain, pulling my balaclava over my nose.
"Nothing's too expensive for Sir Lewis Hamilton," George pats me on the shoulder as he walks outside, clutching onto his ski's.
"No, no she's right, electricity is expensive, close the flipping door behind you!" Lewis calls after George who continues out to the car, laughing.
