Y/n Garmadon. A protector, a genius, an elemental master, a student, a friend, a guardian, a sibling, a child of Lord Garmadon. This is a basic way of describing Y/n as these titles many know them by.
They were always expected to do things others we...

First Person
My body swayed anxiously while stirring the flying boat. It had been weeks since Lloyd and Hayden had been captured by the serpentine. During that time, we have tried to get Fangblades to block the serpentine from releasing The Great Devourer, but we have failed to get the first two. However, most of the new ninjas have reached their full potential, except Kai, who was very upset about the matter. The way it's going now, I believe it will take him some time to realise his true potential.
The bridge was quiet, other than my breathing and the fans of the computer system. The ship was not heading in a specific way, only wandering for the time being. There was no place to head towards as long as we didn't know where the third or fourth fangblade was. I had taken the role of piloting the ship while it was dark for two reasons: peaceful quiet and overthinking, not allowing me to properly sleep. It was not a job that the other ninjas fought me for, but Nya often would offer to take my place so I could sleep. I rejected each time, no matter how tired I was. I am used to not needing a lot of sleep compared to other people, so running on a two-hour nap that I didn't mean to take was good enough for me.
Over time, I started to hear everyone slowly get up and go train on the deck. Night seems to go by so quickly, then it used to when I was traveling as a younger teenager. When I was younger, I was quite rebellious against my uncle for no good reason, probably hormones. I suppose I ran away in a sense, and started traveling around Ninjago. I got into a lot of good and bad situations, some regretful, some not, some I met good people, some I met bad people, but at the end of one BAD situation, I found myself back with Wu. Although through my experience, I pretty much know Ninjago by the back of my hand. It was lonely finding out by myself. I wish Xavier had chosen to travel with me longer.
Suddenly, something changed in the atmosphere of the Bounty. I'm not sure whether it was good or bad. I put the Bounty on autopilot as quickly as I could, but I could already hear the ruckus happening between the ninja and the company. I quickly exited the bridge onto the balcony to be met with the ninja, Wu, and Nya to my side, except Kai, who was tackling someone on the ground.
I tried to walk closer to Kai to see who he was attacking, "Y/n, watch out!" Cole stops me from stepping any closer by grabbing my hand. I look back towards him, giving him a 'what the heck' look, "It's Lord Garmadon." He explained himself.
I shake my head, but before I can say anything, Wu yells out, "Kai, stop!" Walking over to the struggling boy, "He is the reason I left." Wu began to explain to Kai, but it was for everyone to understand, "For so long as Pythor has Lloyd and Hayden, he will be our guest." It was quick for the ninja to start complaining about the circumstances, making me roll my eyes. Never disrespect Wu's guests is what I've been taught since childhood. "ENOUGH!" Wu interrupted.
"Yes, sensei." We all respond by acknowledging our order. Kai joins the line of ninja beside me, allowing the man, who is my father, to get up from the floor. It has been years since I last saw him in the Underworld, of course, somewhere I was not meant to be. My father was quick to get me out of there and try to convince me to go back to Wu. It did not work. His eyes lingered on me for a moment before he started to address the boys; however, I was distracted by his looks. He looks so different, so old, and with four arms? When did he get four arms? My chest tightened, but I'm not sure if I felt fear or anxiety or any other unknown complicated feeling.
