Shaamta was hungry. His thoughts persistently ventured towards the hunting grounds and delicious kills, the warmth and taste of fresh blood and juicy internal organs in his mouth. The sweet fruits offered to him here were not enough to quench his hunger after all the training games with his kids, young and old. But important nest matters came before personal needs, so the Sangu patiently presided over the gathering as Dorgu has been giving orders to his Yarsh.
Though Yajur was not in the mood for destruction, he wasn't idle. Their nest was expanding and more Enclaves were to be built soon. Someone had to take command of the newly established habitats and family portions, so that was being sorted out, not without quarrels and fights.
A small portion of the nest planned exploration missions into the so far unvisited regions of the Jainaa and many preparations were to be made, and so many risks were to be taken into account as well.
Shaamta took his time to discuss matters extensively and not only with his own nest, but also with Yajur Garai and Varga's nest, and with Somg. He had learned of the enemy Baali movements and their possible targets. Something was to be done about that force, and soon all Allied Yajur and their Sangu would gather for the final preparations before the war. The young Red kata must not be discovered. They must not get involved in the upcoming battles, no matter how prepared they may seem or think they are.
Shaamta admitted to himself that he had been avoiding Falaha Yajur Sangu for irrational reasons, but his feelings were overwhelming. So he frequently spoke only either with Tagai and former Yajur Sangu Somg, with Yajur Kieren of the small people, and with Yarsh'n Anika or Yarsh-d'n Yaren. Falaha was like a delicious treat that sweetly poisoned his heart after every bite. He craved those bites. His Sangaru lusted after every contact.
When all commotion settled down, Shaamta went to feed and then to rest with his lovers, so he could continue with his personal tasks afterwards.
