Back to present time within the story.

Meredith was at the nurses station updating some charts with the constant sound of phones ringing in the background.

"Hey you paged me?" Derek said as he came around the corner putting a hand on Merediths shoulder.

"Yeah, Fosters in the attendings lounge since she got here last night and I don't want to leave her alone at home again. But I need you to convince her to go to the wellness appointment I'm gonna make for her with Robbins."

"Wait why can't you do it? She's not gonna listen to me."

"You're scarier at the moment she'll listen you just have to be the bad cop this time." Meredith eyed him.

"I'm always the bad cop." Derek frowned as Meredith laughed at him. But without fail he have Meredith a kiss and made his way to the lounge.

Foster didn't look up when the door creaked open. Some people thought she was just being ignorant or rude. But truth be told she was scared.

Scared to see her uncle since she left him after she scared him. Scared to see the blonde doctor who helped her so. And scared to see any of the other doctors, even Alex.

She slightly jumped when she felt a hand on her shoulder but soon relaxed as it felt familiar and when she looked up she saw her uncle who had the same calming blue eyes as her mother.

She'd thought if this moment before, how she'd jump into his arms like she did when she was a little girl. But that's not what happened, she didn't have the confidence.

He sat in front of her and quickly cut to the chase. "Foster, Mer and I are gonna make you an appointment with Doctor Robbins, most likely for tomorrow."

She quickly looked up from the sketching that she was doing and Derek could see the fear in her eyes.

He put a hand on her. "Hey, hey. Calm down it's just for wellness. You haven't had one in awhile and even your mom is pushing for it."

"But, I've only seen her once and that was.." Foster began but couldn't say the rest of her thought. She'd never been able to say out loud that she had an attempted suicide even though it had been two years. She herself didn't believe
it.

"Robbins won't judge you at all. She probably doesn't remember you." He tried comforting the girl.

"How could you not. Plus she'll see my medical history." Foster whined with pleading eyes, which made Derek almost drop it.

"Don't give me the eyes. Arizona is trained not to judge anyone, not that she would anyway. She's a rainbow on roller skates."

"But why would she give me an exam? She's a pediatric surgeon." That made Derek smile, he hadn't seen how curious Foster was about the world around her in awhile. One at a time she was coming back.

"Yes true. But hint the word doctor. She doesn't do it often but she will if we ask."

"But I don't want to trouble her with extra work and-" she started once again but was cut off by Derek. "Stop it. You cant back out now" He lightly hit her arm as he walked out.

Derek then texted Meredith to give her the go ahead to ask.

Meredith saw Arizona roller skates and all heading out of a patients room when she was trying to catch her.

"Robbins wait!" She said as she ran after her, luckily Arizona turned around and stopped.

"Grey! What can I do for you?" She asked with a smile on her face. "It'll take a minute, do you care?" Arizona shook her head as she had some time before she had to go and see a patient.
