The stormtroopers had managed to com the First Order for a rescue transport. Once they had retuned back to the Supremacy, Kylo Ren was taken into the medbay for treatment. Snoke had ordered all the stormtroopers on the mission to be executed, putting the blame on them. What's the loss of a few troopers in a army with millions more awaiting command? Nothing, absolutely nothing.

Kylo woke with a jolt. The familiar smell of sanitization chemicals tickled his nostrils and made his head slightly dizzy. He lazily opened his eyes, knowing exactly where he was. With his sight returned to normal, he sat up on the medical bed releasing a groan. Everything felt heavy as he willed his limbs to move.

"Easy there Mr. Apprentice."

He turned his head to the side, to be met with the scolding eyes of Doctor Calila. She was a middle aged woman, in her fifty's he assumed. It's wrong to ask a lady's age, as the saying goes that is. He never allowed anyone to boss him around, other then Snoke of course, but this lady knew how to get her way with him. She had earned the status of top doctor for her talent of being able to get the most stubborn of patients to comply. Even though her master manipulator skills annoyed the hell out of him, he held some respect for her abilities.

Ben's mind suddenly had a flash back of the girl. Soft looking brown hair and kind looking face. Her lips a bright pink color and her skin tamed with freckles. Her voice thought, her voice had a certain calmness about it that made him feel safe. She had delivered her promise, gotten him back home.....

"What happened?" He asked.

"Well Sir, you sustained a concussion—"

"No, what happened with the mission... the girl?"

"The only information I was provided is that your shuttle crashed. What girl?"

"There was this girl she—she saved me. She had brown hair in three buns and was wearing these tan clothes...."

"There was no girl mentioned by anyone."

"But she was there, I swear by it."

"Sometimes when our brains are knocked pretty hard we hallucinate."

A hallucination? No she couldn't have been, she was real. Even in his weakened state he could feel it, like there was a string holding them together. She was out there somewhere and he would find her. He would have the hole galaxy searched if he had to, no stone would be untouched.

The sharp throbbing in his head brought him back to reality. He pressed his palm to his forehead and groaned. Shit!

"Sir, I can administer another pain killer, if you would like?" It was less of a question and more of a statement.

He nodded, not having the time or energy to fight with the stubborn doctor. She got the medicine and injected it into his arm, putting a bandaid over the spot.

"Sir, your welcome to go now. No physical activity for a week, although walks are advised if you are antsy or restless. After your fallow up in a week we can discuss some light workouts based on how your healing."

Kylo got off the bed and stood up. He was a little wobbly from being unconscious for a while. He quickly grabbed his folded shirt and cape, putting them on. Sliding on his boots he moved to leave but Doctor Alina stopped him.

"Here is your medication." She handed a pill container to him. "Take one every standard twenty four hours. If you feel any extreme lightheadedness or pain come back here immediately. You got it?"

"Yes, yes." He shoo'd her off walking out of the medbay.

He headed straight for his room, upon entering his stomach growled. What time even was it? He checked the clock; nearly midnight. He comm-ed for a droid to deliver dinner. After waiting for a few minutes, his food had arrived. He sat down and ate it greedily.
