The Days We Remember (Marvel)

Chapter 6

"Seriously, it should be Romanogers," Tony declared from his spot at the table.

"No, Stevetasha!" Clint argued.

The group of friends were all in study hall, siting at one of the large library tables. Apparently, Natasha and Steve had a thing for each other, which really didn't surprise Bobbi.

"Can you two please shut up," Nat said from her spot next to Carol, "You're going to get us kicked out."

"You're just embarrassed that we figured out your little crush," Tony responded with a smirk. The junior billionaire had chosen the wrong time to say this as two other people entered the library.

"Natty has a crush?" Peter said as he and MJ walked up to everyone. The hazel-eyed boy ducked as Natasha chucked a pencil at him. The redhead had a look on her face that read 'I am so done with life'.

Peter carefully sat down with Mary Jane next to him.

"Nice shot," MJ complemented as Peter continued to give Nat a slightly scared look.

"Guys, just leave her alone, if her and Steve like each other, that's their business," T'Challa said as he worked out a math problem.

"Thank you," Steve said. The blonde had been feeling very awkward since this whole conversation started.

Bobbi could help but smile at her new friends as she got to work on her biochemistry homework.

"Hey guys," Pepper spoke up, "A new movie came out a few days ago. We should all go see it."

Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, it'd also be a great way to get out and show Bobbi around New York," Carol added.

"Yeah," Clint agreed, "New York is great! We have the best muggers and child molesters here!"

The whole group burst out laughing. Bobbi gave Clint a small slap on the shoulder as she laughed along with everyone else.

"Okay, so when are we going to see the movie?" Janet asked.

"Friday night?" Hank suggested. Everyone agreed.

A huge smirk crept across Tony's face. "Hey guys, it'll be Steve and Nat's first date."

Everyone burst out laughing again.

Natasha rolled her eyes. "If I could make fun of you and Pepper, I would."

"But you can't, 'cause we're already dating," Tony said. He then walked over to Pepper and pulled her into his chest, kissing her full on the lips. The kiss slowly started to look more like making out.

"Ew, PDA! Help us, help us!" Peter yelled as everyone laughed.

Tony and Pepper pulled away, Pepper's cheeks almost as red as her hair.

Betty was the next to chime in. "Don't worry, Steve and Natasha. It'll be Clint and Bobbi's first date, too."

Bobbi's mouth opened in protest as Clint shifted uncomfortably in his chair.

"Betty!" The blonde girl shouted. Everyone once again burst out laughing once more.

In the very back of Bobbi's mind, part of her liked the idea of going on a date. The rest of her mind told this part to shut up.

The laughter died down and everyone calmed down, going back to their work.

"Wait, how has the librarian not kicked us out yet?" Bruce asked. This was a very true question, since they had been making a ton of noise.

Logan put a hand on Thor's shoulder. "Ole Miss Hill has a crush on Thor, she'll never get him in trouble."

Hands flew up to mouths to keep from laughs bursting out. Bobbi was doing the same thing as everyone else when her phone vibrated. She checked it to see that some random number had texted her.

'Meet be behind the school at midnight.'

Bobbi furrowed her brow. Who was this?

"Who are you texting?" Clint asked from next to her. Bobbi showed him her phone. A confused (and possibly angry) look came onto Clint's face.

"Do you know who this is?" Bobbi questioned. Clint shook his head.

"You're not going to meet this person," He said defensively. He seemed almost... protective. Bobbi had to fight the blush that was threatening to creep onto her cheeks.

The blonde bit her lip in thought. She wanted to listen to Clint, but she also wanted to figure out who this person was. She texted back.

'Who are you?'

The response was quick.

'You'll find out tonight.'

Bobbi turned her head to make sure no one was watching.

'I'll be there.'
