You brought us to a great park. One that's private and you can only get into it if you live in a house.
Or is it the area you live?
I don't remember.
And I don't care.
There are huge trees and I'm excited. I don't think you know this, but I lived in a tree for a year or so. This was back when the old man died and the twins left. Trees have always been fun.
You went to sit in a bench. I watched you. I was curious as to why you just sat down. This beautiful park has nice, thick, tall trees that are perfect for climbing. There are nature trails and wild flowers everywhere.
But you just sit down and watch the twins head for a brick wall that outlines a small play area.
I wonder if they are going to climb it.
I glance around, looking for something to do.
To busy myself with.
I see some pretty wildflowers. Tall and beautiful. Like you!
Wow I should really pick some.
A hour later I have lots of flowers. I look around to find you. You moved from your bench and now you're walking down a nature path. Towards me.
I quickly scurry up a tree. Holding the thing of flowers in my mouth. They taste funny.
Once I get to a decent hight I see you about to pass under the tree.
Why am I hiding?
I want to give you the flowers right?
I position myself on a branch and swing back, the back of my knees keeping me secure on the branch.
I must of scared you. You fell to the ground and looked at me with an emotion I can't quite pick out.
I smiled brightly handing you the hump of wildflowers.
"Jayden what are you doing?" You asked, standing up off he ground and gently taking the flowers from my hands.
"I'm giving you these flowers!" I said excitedly. I flipped myself up on the branch again and quickly climbed down the tree. Running off to get more flowers.
-time skip-
"Jayden where are you?" You call out.
We're still at the park. Its about dinner time and my stomach is growling. But I ignore it. For you see, I have been chasing this squirrel that stole one of my flowers. It was a flower for you. You need that flower.
And I'm going to get it for you. I pull the bundle of flowers close to my chest and start running towards the squirrel. But suddenly I'm stopped.
You have grabbed the back of my shirt.
"Jayden. Time to go home now." you say firmly through a huge stack of flowers you're trying to hold.
"But Oli!"
"No butts Jayden. We are going home. Now."
I sigh and put my stack of flowers on top of yours. I climb on your back.
"Then you are gonna carry me home." I say stubbornly. You groan and call out to the twins who come and help you hold some flowers.

About halfway home the twins end up taking all the flowers from you and I have fallen asleep in your back.
You smiled and sighed when we all went to bed. I remember the faint kiss on my forehead. and the gentle 'good night, love' as I drift off to sleep.
I remember waking up. I remember the hunt for string to sell all the flowers I picked.
I remember pulling out a really pretty light blue one. It was long and beautiful. It reminded me of you. I put it underneath my pillow.
