Nightmares

I'm back! This didn't actually happen to Jayden in the real world, this is just one of his nightmares.

You just sat there and watched me.
I was bleeding.
Crying.
Hurting.
Dying.
You sat there and watched.
My world crumbled.
I watched you smile and point to another torturous weapon.
"that one"
I felt the pain. The hot knife not only cutting my skin but burning it also.
I cried out to you.
I had asked you to stop.
I remember when you told me.
That you loved me.
And you would do anything to make me happy.
But here you are.
Cutting into me.
Laughing at my pain.
Pain isn't hilarious.
I remember you asking me.
"want to have some fun?"
I thought we were going to play a Wii game. Or maybe watch a nice movie.
But you tied me down. Abused me.
I've never felt so hurt.
I thought you loved me.
You had turned against me.
I have never been so violated.
You turned to me. Staring at my tears.
"Jayden."
I only cried more.
"Jayden please."
I don't understand why you were pleading. I should be the one pleading.
"Jayden wake up."
I opened my eyes and looked around. I was in our bedroom.
Not bleeding.
Not physically hurting.
And definitely not dying.
I turn and see you. Messy haired and looking worried. I started crying and you pulled me into a hug.
"It's just a nightmare,you're okay."
