you and mason broke up a year ago, but whilst being together you became close to a few of his friends, especially ben. After coming back from a visit to Spain to see you parents, ben invites you to a chelsea match where you unfortunately meet mason...
After Masons apology he went to start warming up and I sat in a stand watching them train. I'm glad mason finally accepted he was wrong and apologised.
Whilst he was training every couple minutes he would glance at me and give me a smile or I would catch him staring and he would look away embarrassed.
That night I fell asleep with a smile on my face. Today had gone alot better then I thought, when I woke up in the morning I would have never thought mason would apologise after everything that happened the past year.
It's the next week and I have been invited over to Ben's house to chill for the day, kai, sophia, mason and reece will be there aswell.
I wear a nice casual gym set because I wanna go gym this evening. I tie my hair back into a pony then take a pic and post it on my insta story.

After posting it, I get into my car and drive to Ben's house. When I get to the house I knock on the door and mason opens it.
"hey mase" I say. "Hey isa" he replies with a massive grin on his face. "What" I ask and he shrugs smirking. "Why are you looking at me like that" I ask.
"You called me mase" he teases and I shake my head laughing. "And you called me isa" he laughs with me.
"Come in isa" he gestures me to come inside so I do then take off my shoes and leave them at the front door. Together we walk into the lounge and Sophia runs up to me. "Hey girl how are you" she asks.
"I'm good got something to tell you in a sec aswell" he smile instantly widens and I laugh.
"Hey ben" I say sitting on the floor infront of sophia and kai. "Hi" mason sits next to ben and reece.
"Hey kai, hey reece how are you guys" I ask. "I'm good thanks" kai replies. "Good thanks isabella" reece replies after kai.
"Well I'll be back in a sec I need to catch up with soph" I say to everyone whilst getting up and pulling Sophia of the couch, I lead her into the kitchen and she sits on the counter.
I tell her everything about mases apology and she sits there absolutely gobsmacked. Especially when I told her that him and mia broke up. "He finally realised you were right" she said and I nodded.
"So everything's good between you two now?" She asks. "Sort of, I said I forgave him but it would take time to fully regain my trust"
"It's only fair" she says. "Exactly" just as I say that mase walks into the kitchen and gets a glass of water for himself.
"How's your girly talk going" he laughs. "Very good thanks" I reply and shoo him out of the kitchen as he laughs. "Oh am I getting kicked out now" I nod and push him out.
As I go back to soph sat on the counter she gives me the look. "What now" I ask. "You like him again don't you"
"I never stopped liking him, but he broke my heart and my trust I don't know if we could ever go back to what we used to be even if we still both liked eachother. The loyalty and trust isn't there."
She nods along. "I think you should see where life takes you, If he was meant to be then it will happen eventually" I nod "thanks soph"
"No problem" she jumps off the counter "Now lets go back to the others" I nod and we both walk back into the lounge.
I sit on the armrest of the sofa mason and ben are on next to ben. "What you doing" I asked the boys "fifa" is all I get back. "Jesus you guys sound like zombies" we all laugh.
"Let me try" I say to ben "no way you will make us lose" I scoff and ruff up his hair. "I'll have you know I am actually very good at fifa, I think you forget that I have two brothers back in spain"
"Fine" ben says pretending to be nice but deepdown he knows I'll make us win. During my go where I actually score a goal, I jump up celebrating when my phone rings. Its my dad.
"Hola papà" (hello papa)
"Hola quierda" (hello darling)
"Que pasa" (what's up)
"Tengo malas noticias cariño" (I have some bad news honey)
I pull the phone away from my ear for a second "sorry guys I've got to take this" they all nod and I go into the guest room.
"¿Qué es?" (What is it)
"Tu abuela, ella está enferma" (your grandma, she's ill)
"Porque que paso" (why, what happened)
"Ella tuvo un ataque al corazón anoche ellas no saben si ella va a hacerlo" (she had a heart attack last night, they dont know if she is going to make it)
I break down into tears. I can't lose her shes my favourite person in the whole world. She can't leave me.
"Por favour llámame si tienes alguna noticia" (please call me if you get any news)
"Lo haré cariño te amo" (I will honey, I love you)
"Adios papá" (bye papa)
"Adios quierda" (bye darling)
I end the call, tears streaming down my face. What if abuela dies I can't do this without her I don't understand why this happened so suddenly.
How am I a therapist if I can't even calm myself down. I need to stop worrying, she'll be fine everything's ok she will be alright in the end.
