you and mason broke up a year ago, but whilst being together you became close to a few of his friends, especially ben. After coming back from a visit to Spain to see you parents, ben invites you to a chelsea match where you unfortunately meet mason...
"She's back" soph shouts to everyone when she opens the door to me and mase. The group new we were coming back and wanted to hangout so we decided to drop off our shit at mases house and then head to kai and sophias house. Ben and reece were already there and when we both walked into the lounge ben came over and gave me a big hug.
"Have a nice trip" he asks and I nod. "Yeah, it was relaxing" I say and mase agrees. "So did your parents like mase?" Kai asks and i nod. "They loved him, especially my brothers". "Yes lad" reece says patting mase on the back which me and soph laughed at.
"Anyways what did you lot do whilst we were away" I ask. "Not much, just the usual you know" soph replies, the others agreeing with her. We all catch up in the lounge before deciding to go out for a meal.

After I've finished getting ready back at mases house, I notice that he is fidgeting alot which he doesn't usually do unless he's nervous. "You ok baby" I ask I say taking hold of his hands and rubbing the back of his palm with my thumb. "Yeah im fine, don't worry" he says giving me a kiss. I nod before getting my bag and we head out and meet everyone at the restaurant.
I hold mases hand the whole time to let him know I'm there. I don't know what's going on but I hope he knows he can tell me anything. We sit down and I keep hold of his hand he looks down at our interlocked fingers before looking back up at me, making eyecontact before he smiles.
Once everyone has orders and our drinks have come, we all chat about what we are doing over the next week. The season has ended at Chelsea meaning that lots of players have left. Maybe that's why mase has been so nervous maybe the rumours that he's going to man united are true.
I wouldn't be against the idea, before I met mase and ben and everyone, I supported man u. But it would mean he would be moving from London to Manchester and that's quite far.
I'm snapped back into reality when a waiter puts a plate of food infront of me. "Thanks" I say and we all dig in to the food. We split the bill and of course mase doesn't let me pay for my share. Kai pays for soph aswell and ben and reece sit there sulking over their lovelife which makes me chuckle.
Once we leave the restaurant, I offer to drive home and mase agrees. When we get to his house he takes me into the kitchen and pours us both a glass of champagne. He's fiddling with his hands again, something is definately up with him.
"I've got to tell you something ok iss" he says and I nod. What is he about to say? "I'm sure you've seen the rumour of me going to united" he says and I nod. "Well they're true, I have agreed to move to man u" he says and I nod. "Im proud of you mase, I don't care whether your at chelsea or at man united, you don't need to be nervous about telling me these things" I say and he smiles.
"Actually that wasn't really the reason I am nervous" he says and I look at him confused. Is he about to break up with me because of long distance. "Moving to man united means moving to manchester" he says and I nod, unsure of what he's implying.
"I was wondering if you wanted to move with me?" He says and my jaw drops. I was not expecting that. "I know it's a big ask but I can't imagine doing long distance with you when I love you so much." He says and I smile.
Maybe I should go with him, it's not like I have family here in London anyway and I was kinds hoping to getting a new job as a therapist for a fresh start after what happened with eli. Yeah I'll miss my friends but I think kai is moving to arsenal so that means soph is too right?
"Mase I would love to live in Manchester with you" I say and he kisses me. He puts his arms around my lower back and when we pull away we put our foreheads together. "I love you mason mount" I say smiling at him. "I love you way more isabella garcia" he says and pulls me into a giant hug.
