you and mason broke up a year ago, but whilst being together you became close to a few of his friends, especially ben. After coming back from a visit to Spain to see you parents, ben invites you to a chelsea match where you unfortunately meet mason...
As Im sat at my vanity doing my makeup, masons head appears in my doorway. "Hey mase"
"Hey iss, still doing your makeup I see" he says smiling down at me. "Just finished now all I need to do is change into my dress" I respond.
Tommorows my birthday so tommorow I'm going to Portsmouth with mason to see his family with him since mine are all the way in spain. Masons family is like a second family to me though so everything will be great.
That means we are celebrating my birthday tonight with a meal. Mason booked this really fancy restaurant and I am still trying to convince him to let me pay the bill tonight. We're going with, ben, kai, sophia and reece.
Mason smiles at me before leaving me to get changed. I walk up to my wardrobe and pick out a pretty dress before putting on. I take a pic and post it to my insta story.

And yes guys I know what you're thinking, what happened to the whole eli situation? Well basically ben and mason came to work with me and told elis manager what he had been doing. Eli looked really mad but it all ended ok because elis manager fired him and works been fine since.
I walk downstairs to mase and he smiles at me. "Isabella you look... amazing" he smiles at me as I stand right infront of him, our faces inches away from eachother. "Thanks mason, not so bad yourself"
"I'm sorry iss" he says and I look at him confused. "What do you mean?" I ask. "I'm sorry that when we were together I believed the rumours and broke up with you" I sighed. "Mase, I understand, to be honest if I was you, I wouldn't believe me either, especially when the other person in the picture agreed to all th rumours".
"I just wish I didn't hurt you, you didn't deserve any of what anyone did to you" he putz his hand up to my cheek caressing it slowly. "You did hurt me but you've made up for it, it's all in the past now, you've got nothing to worry about anymore" I say to him. We haven't broke eye contact for minutes. No one talks we just look at eachother, it isn't an awkward silence, it's a comfortable one.
Is he leaning in. Oh my god he's leaning in, he's gonna kiss me. Am i gonna kiss him back. I dunno. Oh god what should I do. I can't help but lean in. We're like magnets, we can't be apart from eachother. Our faces are literally millimeters away from echother, our lips are a second away from joining together, when the doorbell rings. Great timing ben!
"Uhmm" he coughs in his throat. "I'll go get it" I say pointing to the door and he nods. "Hey ben hey reece" "Hey isa" they reply "you ready to go". They ask me and mason and we both look at eachother awkwardly before turning back to ben and reece and nodding.

"Why's it so dark in here gu-"
The lights flick on and people jump up from their hiding spots. "Suprise"
"Aww thanks guys" a huge smile appears on my face and I hug ben, mason and reece. "Happy, early birthday isa" sophia and kai shout, running up to me. "Thanks soph, thanks kai" I hug them aswell.
I walk with soph to the bar and we get drinks. "Soph I have something to tell you" she turns to me eagerly. "Me and mase-"
"You got back together" she said excitedly. "No, no no but we kinda nearly kissed" I said and she squealed. "Omg what happened" she asks.
"Well he came up to me saying sorry for not trusting me when we were together and stuff, then I told him I forgave him ages ago and that our argument was in the past then he sorta leaned in to kiss me and I started leaning in too but we were interrupted by the doorbell" I told soph and she sat there astonished.
"Omg I new he still liked you isa" she smiles. "You can't tell anyone soph" I say and she holds her pinky out to me. "Swear I wont" she replies.
We get our drinks and head back to everyone. There was alot of people. Dec, lauren, Chelsea players, England players and my work colleagues.
I got really close to alot of them when me and mase were together so ben and mase probably invited them all. "Isa" someone squeals and I turn to see lauren. " lauren omg I haven't seen you in ages you look amazing" I hug her. "Omg isa you look gorgeous, happy early birthday" she smiles at me. "Thanks lauren"
"Isa it's been awhile, happy birthday for tommorow" declan walk next to lauren."Thanks deccers nice to see you again" I say giving him a quick hug. I feel someone put there arm around me, already tipsy. "Hey mase"
"Hellooo issss" he replies making all of us giggle. "Already drunk mate" declan laughs. "So are you 2 bac-" declan begins to ask but I interrupt him "no, no" I say shaking my head. "Not yet" mason whispers in my ear making me blush slightly.
